Purchased as a gift for my mother, unfortunately she was unable to attend due to having the flu a few days prior. I was informed there is a strict 4 week cancellation period, with no option to reschedule or get a refund. I therefore intended to attend myself, however I hadn’t realised that when the date of the initial booking was changed by the organiser the time was changed also. The time was included in a new confirmation email but had never been highlighted as having altered. I was refused a refund or the opportunity to attend another date by Craft Courses. Very disappointed as £60 wasted for genuine reason, won’t be using this company again.

I booked this course for my husband and son. They both thoroughly enjoyed the morning and it was a great way for them to spend time together.

A fantastic course from start to finish. There was a vast choice of materials and colours, which made it really easy to be creative and try something unique. Genevieve (the tutor) has extensive knowledge and explains everything clearly, while being personable and encouraging throughout. I learned so much and thoroughly enjoyed the experience - I’ll definitely be doing more courses with her in the future!

It was my first time attending a soap-making workshop and I had a great experience. Louise was very kind and welcoming, and the workshop was enjoyable from start to finish. I loved every minute of it, and the freshly made food was a really nice touch. Highly recommended. Thank you so much Louise, looking forward to more workshops with you!

Awesome event, great tutor and can’t wait to get my fired bowl later this week.

What a fabulous start to the festive season! Welcoming and very helpful staff, with plenty of tea/coffee and homemade mince pies. The workshop was organised and very well-run. There was plenty of foliage to choose from when making the wreath, plus extra bits to add some festive bling! The team were always on hand to provide guidance when required, but they didn’t interfere. A really enjoyable couple of hours.

Absolutely brilliant morning. Chris is a fabulous tutor who allows you to (almost)make your own mistakes so your creation is really yours. Unique bauble for the Christmas tree this year! Would thoroughly recommend.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our bauble blowing experience. Chris demonstrated and explained the process, then we each made own baubles with help and assistance where needed.
We're all thrilled with our beautiful baubles which we were able to bring home after our session.

I would thoroughly recommend this as a Christmas outing and will definitely consider booking again next year.

Such a fantastic course! I've been wanting to try glassblowing for so long and I'm so glad I finally did it! It was a great hands-on experience, got to make four different pieces; so you really get a a chance to get the hang of it!
Ricky was so lovely, he clearly explained every step, he also had model pieces we can follow. He's so knowledgeable and calm, it was just a great day, can't wait to try it again!
