Very cheap product.The oil are like water in cheap plastic bottle.Not my choice of product.very disapointed.waste of money.didn't receive free sample.

I love the fragrance the smell is really strong and really similar with coffee smell but what I love the most is that it doesn’t create wet spots on my candles compared with other fragrances I’ve tried

Missing some oil fragrance out bottle I felt like a lier when telling craftifull they were asking me to use scales to measure liquid, I was treated very bad by them beware

I bought a bath bomb safety assessment on 08/01/26. I emailed twice and was even given a date in February when I would receive it. After leaving a poor review on the website, I received an email on 15/03/26 stating they couldn't fulfil the order and were cancelling it. I requested to return the colours and fragrances I had bought as they are now of no use. I have still not had a reply. You also get a silly amount of email offers from them. My recommendation is to avoid this company!

Love this company. Iv been using craftiful for a while now and absolutely love them. I have used others but nothing comes close. The fragrance oils are so strong that ylu dont always need the recommended amount, they really are amazing.

Reached out with concerns about my scents nothing was done about it just told me they take my feedback so now im left out of pocket and they have stopped replying to me

I have sent several escalations over the past few months where my items are not shipped for at least a week. Small tasks like CLP labels take days. Very rarely get an answer from customer service - for example today i called 7 times and nobody answered. Emails are left unresponded to. I have been begging for them to find a better courier for Ireland like DPD but nobody seems to listen!

I'm sure my order is going to be amazing its just a shame royal mail let you down im still waiting for it. no updates from them at all. I know 100% craftiful product are brilliant and I know i will love my order maybe change who you use for deliverys.

I had ordered and realised I forgot my glitters.
I asked in the Facebook support group, and Scott explained what to do so I didn't incur shipping fee on my lower order.
They combined both orders together abd sent together.
