Hi Rachael,
I’m really sorry to hear you feel this way. I’ve checked the tracking for your order and Royal Mail are showing the parcel as delivered on 09/05/2026, including a proof of delivery photo which appears to show the parcel being posted through the letterbox at the delivery address.
Please could you check around the property and with anybody else in the household just in case it has been moved after delivery. If you’re still unable to locate it, please send me a message directly and I’ll do my best to help further.

I ordered an arsenal shield for my dad for his birthday and what can I say, it is absolutely amazing! I have ordered alot of personalised stuff in the past and has always taken a while to come, but from ordering to being delivered was a matter of days with crafting around. I am so impressed and so happy with my purchase. Highly recommend. Will definitely be ordering more in the future 🙂
