Avoid. I ordered from their clearance sale. I'm not saying what I got was bad but I didn't sign up for a subscription and they've now taken more money. Their home page gives you the option to allegedly manage your subscriptions but the link they send doesn't work. Will have to try my cc company

AVOID: I brought an item in their warehouse clearance sale as they needed space that's how it was advertised. They ask you what you're interested in to try and match and I didn't get any of my choices! Then I get an email saying thanks for your order at a later date and boom out goes £50. I did not do another order but apparently they automatically sign you up for a monthly subscription of £50! I contacted them immediately and surprise surprise too late to cancel although they emailed at 17:09 and I replied at 07:35 the next morning! It turns up and now i have to pay to send it back to China at my expense where they will check it and decide if I get a full refund or I can keep the box and get a 20% refund. This is disgusting and should not be allowed it was not stated it was a subscription anywhere in their online advert.

I joined late January of this year and received 3 boxes, 2 of which contained the same crafts. In total I have spent over £247.46 the crafts are not any of the ones I put in my list when I joined. I have now cancelled. Poor service

Scam as far as am concerned please if you are reading these reviews don't go there. I bought what I thought what was a one off box.it is now 12 29 midnight I'm have been sat here crying since 7.39pm because I had been out just got in when there was a knock at my door and was handed a parcel it was another box looked at my bank account and £50 had been took out by them. No way of stopping the transaction so I have to wait until morning 😪😪

AVOID, AVOID AND AGAIN AVOID! Cheap and certainly not as portrayed in any image on the website. They do not follow rules and the subscription part is not clear. Be very aware of using this service. Tiny box of poor quality items certainly not £51 worth of items. Return policy is shocking. The return must be sent back to China at your expense. They try to say the do not take items back but this is against uk online selling rules.

I ordered a craft box which I paid £25 for, I wasn't impressed with contents. It tell you to go to manage my subscription to cancel. There is nothing there to let you do that. Ive now had an email saying my next box is on the way and this time Ive been charged £50. Ive sent 2 emails asking them to cancel the subscription and refund my payment. No one has bothered to respond. Shocking service and boxes not worth what they charge for them.

I brought a box as a special offer last year back in April 2025. It was a one off which I was glad about as the crafts were rubbish and nowhere near the quality that was shown by examples online. Fast forward to January 2026 where £54 was taking out of my PayPal account, I emailed straight away asking to cancel the order, they said this was impossible, PayPal hasn't even been able to help me out with this situation they have just robbed me of my money

Absolute con DO NOT BUY. Purchased the 70% off box it arrived with 3 items in all of which were rubbish and could have been brought from the local discount shop. Luckily I managed to cancel the subscription

Do not buy from this company. I ordered the trial box and what arrived did not match what was advertised in any way. The contents could easily have been bought in a discount store for a few pounds and in no way reflected the price paid , even if it was discounted. Anyone paying the full subscription price would be crazy.
I've contacted customer services twice to complain and ask for a refund and they have declined and stated that the 'don't give refunds'.
I'll dump this in the rubbish bin and chalk it up to experience but, as I said at the start

This arrived finally after a long wait, items only worth around £15 luckily I got it on a deal for £25 and cancelled the repeat subscription so didn't get charged and sent another delivery. Avoid at all costs !

Three items in the kit did not warrant the price. One kit had no instructions at all.

Absolute scam of a company. The box that I ordered was supposed to be worth $84 but had only three cheap crafts in them without instructions that is very clearly not worth this amount of money. They then automatically subscribe you to a monthly subscription box that they bill you for at the 1st of the month, no matter when your box was purchased. I was charged for the second box not even 2 weeks after I purchased the first box and it was before I even received the first box. When I tried to cancel the shipment of the second box (I send out an email asking for cancellation within an hours of receiving the confirmation email) I was told it was already too late and logistics was processing my shipment. It has been 4 days since then and my shipment has not gone out yet, so clearly this is an excuse. Avoid this at all cost

To date I have paid over £70 for an initial offer and then subscription ( which I wasn't sure I signed up for but this was perhaps my mistake ) when first subscribed box today (after weeks of waiting ) arrived there were about 5/6 small crafts. Buyer be very aware ! The instagram ad is not what it appears I feel

I tried one reduced price offer, decided it was not worth it. Then found I was now on a subscription service. Requesting cancellation of order. Expecting no joy as this company has shown itself to be deceitful. AVOID COMPANY AT ALL COST

Sent a box which was nothing like advertised. Next thing send another box informing me I had signed up for a subscription. Tried to cancel subscription, return both boxes and be reimbursed, no response. The contents were poor quality and definitely not worth the money. Have sent numerous emails with no response. Grrr stay away from this lot.

My box came with only 3 pieces instead of ( and I ordered 3 additional boxes and never received them. When you contact the company they only send AI generated responses and tell you they’ll be in touch. They never fulfill their end of the bargain. Such a total rip off!!! Don’t waste your money. I’m contacting my CC to get the charges reversed. The contents of the boxes our cheap and not what you’d expect!!!

Bought a 'one off' box offer seen on Facebook, then a month later received a receipt for another box which had apparently been ordered and was on its way!
Cancelled further payments of £52 via PayPal, but I hadn't signed up to ongoing monthly purchases - they just kept my details and scammed me!

I bought something one off which was not worth it and they then put me on a subscription without my knowlege. Took my money. Have contacted them to cancel and refund. Hopefully they will do the right thing and refund me. Wont be buying again. Really disappointed with this service ethically.

THIS IS A SCAM AND THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU. THEY WILL CONTINUE TO TAKE MONEY FROM YOU AFTER YOU HAVE UNSUBSCRIBED. HAD TO LOCK MY ACCOUNT THEN OPEN A DUSPUTE HOPEFULLY TO GET MY MONEY BACK. THEY ARE THIEVES AND WILL STEAL FROM YOU
