Fabulous customer service! Colleen messaged me shortly after placing my order to let me know the Biscay Bay Arizona in stock was a slightly different shade/intensity, and included a picture, said it was ok if I wanted to cancel. The color was fine. They arrived today and the color is gorgeous.
In 35 years of wearing Birks I've never had such considerate customer service.
I'm in the US and Craft Shop Bantry has a great selection of wide widths and colors that are unavailable here-and better prices. Even with shipping from Ireland, total was less than what I've found here.

Very easy online ordering experience, excellent quality products and fast, safe delivery. Only other comment is that when ordering ceramics, it would be lovely to have some info on the designer included with the product.

The shoes are great, but there were very little sizes available for a lot of sandals.

I got a gift of these little robins when my daughter passed away and they were so lovely to receive- I have now given gifts to my friends who have lost loved ones- they are so beautiful and personal..

I bought a beautiful pair of earrings and a Dun Oir Sheep cup. I was a bit apprehensive about the cup arriving in one piece but it was very securely and neatly packaged. The website is a pleasure to use and my purchases arrived very promptly. Overall a very pleasant and efficient service. Great to be able to support local businesses as well!
