My Birkenstocks were too big so I phoned and requested a pair one size smaller. No problem at all, and my query was dealt with kindly and with care. I can highly recommend.

The lady working there was so helpful and had a lovely way about her, offering her support but not at all pushy .

Very good experience with the shop and ordering online. I have purchased a pair of Birkenstock sandals and the order was delivered in Ireland within the next 2 days. Good communicacion with the shop and fast delivery were a nice bonus. Also the range is very good and it seems like one of the very few places, that actually has men's sizes in narrow width in Ireland, which is great. Will shop again.
