I ordered a frame online at Amazon. I wanted to return it. I submitted the return request, and it was accepted. However, I was apparently responsible for paying 104.00 for a frame I paid 86.00 for. Craig Frames said it was Amazon's Responsibility to send me a prepaid postage, but I reached out and that was NOT the case. I checked reviewed their reviews online and saw immediately where there had been many issues like mine. I called the business directly, and although they agree with me that this issue was ridiculous, they confirmed it was true. I would need to pay postage. I asked for a manager to get in touch with me, but I haven't heard back. I would suggest purchasing frames elsewhere. It was clear they had a firm worded response to these types of complaints. There was no offer to make the situation right.

Ordered a large frame. The frame itself is just okay -- a bit flimsy but not terrible. However, the acrylic cover sheet arrived with scratches (it was only covered by protective film on one side -- normally acrylic arrives with this on both sides). Contacted Craig Frames about the issue and they refused to do anything about it because I was slightly past their "30 day return window." But, I didn't want to return the frame -- I just wanted them to replace the damaged part they shipped. A good company would acknowledge their error and replace the damaged part. I'd avoid them -- there are many better (and more reputable) online frame sources.

I recently ordered 2 frames, and had them shipped to me in Canada. The order process was simple and easy, and the selection of frames and sizes is excellent - the pricing was great too, since there was a sale on at the time. My order shipped out within 1-2 days, and I received it a couple days later via FedEx. The frames look great. Very happy with the purchase!

They were so helpful and made sure I was able to order the correct custom Mat for my Frame! Thank you!

I have four or five places where I buy frames from. Craig frames is by far my favorite! Their frames are a good quality. I prefer the ones that are made from hardwood. I have never had an item arrive damaged. I had a problem with my order once and they refunded me right away. I will come again and again!

For years I’ve been having pictures etc. framed by professionals, now I use Craig frames that you could even order custom matings for 1/4 of the price. Love the company
