Prompt Service for Flat Move
Crates turned up on time, only two stuck together in the way that tea chests can occasionally self-weld. And they were picked up on time.
Owing to personal circumstances, I had to arrange to extend the lease on some of the crates, again worked out seamlessly.
My only niggle was the lack of a confirmation first time and the second attempt not coming through until three days later. I don’t know why (me, crate-hire, email exchange servers) but that _was_ an inconvenience. Offer text message confirmation maybe?

Thanks for leaving a great review, sorry to hear about your order confirmation not showing in your email. Hotmail seems to filter our system generated emails quite aggressively. But a great idea on SMS we will look into this and try to avoid the issue again.

Office moves
We were merging 2 offices into one completely new office location and needed crates quickly to aid with the moves. Crate Hire's service was second to none with efficiency and customer service. Would definitely use again and would have no problem recommending them

All in all a great experience
All in all a great experience. One thing though, the paperwork said they would be picked up between 12:30 - 17:30?? They were actually picked up at 11:00am

Good experience
The delivery and collection was prompt and on time. The crates were super strong and sturdy (although some were a bit dirty inside). Overall good experience.

Crates arrived and were collected in a timely fashion, however upon collection from our brand new offices the chap collecting was repeatedly asked to lift the crates, rather than drag them over our newly laid floor as the message did not appear to get through! Some of the crates were also wet inside upon delivery which was not ideal when we were using them to transport paperwork and other office contents.
