Absolutely awful customer service, tried to contact them several times and no reply at all. They claim to process the item in 1-2 days and have 48 hr tracking with Royal Mail and I hadn’t received the parcel until 12 days later. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Ordered on 1st February and the item didn’t arrive until 11th February. When it finally turned up, the tamper station was marked on every corner. It appears this is how it left the factory rather than being damaged in transit.

For a product marketed and priced as premium, the quality is extremely disappointing. The finish is poor and not what you would expect at this price point.

Overall, unacceptable quality and service. I would not recommend.

The company appear to be uncontactable via email or phone.
My order was a birthday present but failed to arrive and I could not speak to anyone. Only after me contacting my credit card company did they dispatch the order.

Another order not received. I wish I had visited trust pilot before making an order with them. I won't do it again!

No response to emails so can't refund item

Ordered before Christmas and tried numerous times - calling and email and never get a response. Is this a real company or just a BOT doing online business ! Calls never answered even during hours of business and emails never get replied to ! Avoid them in my opinion

I ordered the Barista Pro Calibrated Coffee Tamper and the WDT tool. They arrived, well packed, in a week which is perhaps a little longer than one might expect.
I am really pleased with the tamper; it looks good and works well, ensuring a level tamp to a consistent pressure. The WDT tool arrived with a pack of 10 needles; I had to insert six of these, leaving four as spares. I found this quite tricky at first. The solution for me was to lay the two parts that take the needles on their side and insert them one by one, turning the tool as I inserted each needle. Instructions or a video might have helped.
Overall, I was pleased with the products and the service. I certainly did not have the problems that some reviewers report.

Goods not received, no reply from phone or email from this company, or their aliases FATIBO or caffeinegears.

Ordered a coffee tamper. What arrived was not what I ordered. No reply from three emails to their support address and their telephone number ‘is not recognised’. Wish I'd checked Trustpilot before placing this order.

Placed an order for a coffee knock box: it was substandard and trying to return but getting no response from emails or calls. Swanky website - but wondering if it's a scam....?

Wish I would’ve gone on here prior to placing an order.

I placed an order on 18 December which then arrived about two weeks later.

I have since 31 December (two weeks now) tried to initiate a return (on the website it says that you have to contact them to do it), but there has been no reply from customer service to do so. I am thus unable to do the return and get a refund, even though the website states that you can.

Placed an order which never arrived. Tried to contact them about it but was ignored. Ended up having to go through my bank for a refund. Scam website. Definitely avoid.

Brought some coffee bean storage tubes. I didn’t read the products description text properly and assume the image of the product was the actual product.

This site has images of great products but is really selling substandard products, which you would only know by reading the product descriptions carefully. Lesson learned, highly suggest you avoid doing business with this site who appear to be owned or affiliated with coffee gears who processed the payment
