Lovely Tracey cared for our old puss and made her feel someone was taking good care of her. Excellent friendly service all round and especially her sending pics and updates at each visit. 2nd time Tracey had come and will use her again, highly recommend her . One week in July and a weekend in August.

Our cats really bonded with Tracey straight away. Having used catteries before our cats always seemed stressed on return but being at home with Tracey meant they were really happy. With Tracey she spends time with them each visit and sent us detailed updates and pictures. We were also fortunate that she cared for our rabbits too.

First time we've ever had someone who's not family look after our cats, and we're so glad we found the Crazy Cat Lady. Our cats, who can be shy, warmed to Tracey quickly and enjoyed having loved and fuss. We were able to enjoy our holiday, safe in the knowledge that our cats and home were being looked after. Tracey provided me with an amazing service, looking after my cat Merlin while I was away. She visited us before my trip to get to know both of us and Merlin's needs. While I was travelling, she visited my house twice a day and sent me beautiful photos of Merlin and a report on every visit. Tracey really cares about animals and understands their individual needs. She respected Merlin's boundaries and soon won him over! I felt very reassured by Tracey and would highly recommend her to any pet parents in future.

Our cat is usually not trusting of folk she doesn’t know, Tracey cracked this within a couple of days. We arrived home to a happy, content and relaxed cat. Previously we used a Cattery and she just shut down. This experience with Tracey is night and day to the Cattery. Spending time with her, giving attention and fuss. I left enough bowls for our trip but got home to them washed up, cat litter tidied. Can’t recommend Tracey highly enough. We feel so lucky to have found her, knowing she will always love our cat like she does her own. We had daily updates with photos which was a great added bonus.

It is all about trust when you leave your pets with other people to look after and we chose Tracey after seeing so many local people recommended her on a social media site and we were happy to say that we were right to give that trust as she not only fed the cats, she spent time with them so they would get to know her, which is perfect as we have booked her for another couple of times. She sent many photos which was lovely. I would recommend her to anyone.

Tracey was incredible, sent lots of pictures of our kitties while we were away to keep us updated. She was so thorough with keeping us in the loop and our cats were so comfortable with her. We cannot rate her highly enough.

Tracey is simply wonderful, can’t praise her high enough. Tracey was recommended to me by the nurse at the vets at a time when I was desperate to find the right person for my nearly 20 years old beloved cat, who’s now got some medical needs and lots of extra care demands or adjustments as well. Tracey has been outstanding from the very beginning, very thorough, clear and professional in all communication, amazing attention to detail and due diligence in every step.i was very anxious about having to change the sitter for my cat, especially as we had same person for nearly 18 years now; and my baby only really felt safe and relaxed with this one person - but due to sudden illness, I had to look for another sitter at possibly the most fragile time in my cat’s life. so I was really worried how both my cat and I will cope with the change . To my pleasant surprise, my Candy was really relaxed straight away from the introductory visit with Tracey and she seemed to feel safe with Tracey in super short time . Tracey has also been very good with administering various medications my Candy has now to take regularly. I am very grateful to Tracey, as she’s given me much needed peace of mind, allowing me to focus on caring for my own mother the times when I’m away, as I can see Candy is relaxed and well looked after. Tracey’s expertise and authentic love and care were evident consistently, including from my cat’s responses. With whole hearted gratitude, thank you Tracey, for looking after both of us so well!

I can be a bit of an anxious traveler leaving my cats alone when away on trips but Tracey always gives lovely updates with plenty of photos. You can tell she truly loves cats and mine are always so happy to see her! Tracey is also very responsive. Highly recommend booking for your next trip :)

A fantastic service from start to finish!
At very short notice Tracey agreed to call in to visit our cat, Inca, on alternate days while we were away. This was just what Inca needed and Tracey sent us some lovely, reassuring photos of her feeding and making friends with Inca.

Where do I even start?! Tracey is the absolute best cat sitter I could ever ask for. And she is so much more than that! She truly loves and cares for her “clients” and has been the most attentive and trustworthy sitter I could wish for. She sends pictures of my cat, Lizzie, on every visit, always looks out for her every need, and spent a good amount of time making sure Lizzie had some play time and felt loved.
