Bought a pair of polarising aviator suglasses from Crazyfox. Glasses arrived and seemed ok - reasonable quality and polarising lenses worked. Couldn't test for UV - some reviews have complained about this but I can't comment. However, realised after putting glasses on that the nose-pads were not level - one had been damaged, in manufacture I would guess. So, emailed crazyfox; I ask about repair or replace, but as the contact details gives the email address as "sales-crazyfox.co", (- =at) not surprisingly I haven't had a reply. Postal address is given as Windsor - maybe I'll write to them! So... beware ... if product is ok you'll be fine but if you have any problems you will have trouble contacting them!

This popped up on a Google shopping search but quickly realised after nothing arrived or had been dispatched after 2 weeks that it wasn't what I thought. The contact e mail address was incomplete on the site and they were actually selling for third parties whom you can neither contact nor guarantee the quality of what they're actually selling. I've given up getting the item I ordered. Will try to recover money from credit card provider if I can.

Love this game it’s one of the best as you don’t have to always spend alit of money I’ve just gone from village 1-130 with out spending a penny it really is the better game x

AVOID cheap Chinese company (like wish) but with extortionate pricing. Bought sunglasses via this website due to it having UK address and they gave Uv protection rating. Product didn’t arrive so I contacted them and they said product being shipped from the Netherlands. Product eventually arrived in Chinese packaging and Chinese origin address. I test the UV rating and it’s zero. So dangerous to advertise UV protection when there is none. Not only is this illegal advertising it is a cheap product. Why are so many of these Chinese companies doing this. Open up a Temu, Wish or Shein and people will know what to expect. Absolute con and ignoring my emails

Firstly tried to stop the order which apparently couldn’t be done even though all they had done was generate a tracking number and showed no other info.My sunglasses have now arrived and I have to say what a load of rubbish,they look cheap,feel cheap and aren’t even comfortable on so now trying to get an address to return to but not being very helpful.The address on their site has about a dozen or more other businesses at the same address but I cannot get an exact unit number which means very hard to return and get refunded.

Do not buy from this company it is a scam. Ordered some aviator sun glasses over 2 weeks ago and they still haven’t arrived. Despite sending multiple emails to crazy fox I still haven’t had a response. Steer clear people

Absolute rubbish it's a gambling website it's not free the people who run this game keep saying payment failed when you are trying to buy cards they hold your coins back to give thieves chance to steal them it's an horrible spiteful game you don't get chance to build your villages because you get thieves from l don't recommend this company stole nearly £300 from my bank they wouldent refund the £66 they took fraudulently

Ordered a watch from this retailer, prior to me looking at the reviews on Trust Pilot. Big mistake!!
I did receive a watch, but not the one I ordered. Cheap poor quality fake watch.
Have emailed them back, but received no response.
The company states they are in Wimbledon, but this is untrue.

Honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced, order took over a month to arrive and no response to any of my emails asking for a refund. Order arrived and the quality was shocking for the price . DO NOT USE.

Don’t touch this supplier with a barge pole - Where do I start - order took forever to arrive (they soon took my money of course) and on opening the package it was soon realised how poor quality and workmanship this item was (£39.99). My 13 year old could have done a better job with a paper bag, some string and a stapler. The material is diabolical (almost feels like tissue paper) the stitching is all over the place, the pieces of material cut are wonky, the rucksack is not evenly stitched and clearly sticks out like a sore thumb. I have a £10 rucksack that has been better made and has gone all over the world with me for at least a decade and still going strong (from a local market). This rucksack wouldn’t last five minutes, I wouldn’t trust it to carry 1lt of goods before the stitching gives way. I’ve been emailing and calling Crazy Fox since 18/12/22 (order finally arrived 17/12/22). I have received no reply on how to progress a refund. I’ve therefore resorted to spreading the word far and wide to make sure as many people see what effectively is poor quality item and horrendous customer service. Their website clearly refers to their London and Dorset addresses in the uk. I have started on the road to reporting to Trading Standards.

Dreadful, I stupidly thought they were based in the UK & made an order expecting delivery within the week. Nothing arrived, emailed them to ask when to expect delivery, was told it can take 3 weeks. I complained that this was not made obvious before my money was taken. Eventually received a Royal Mail tracking number which is bogus as Royal Mail have not received anything from these scammers after more than two weeks. Fortunately I paid via paypal and they awarded me an instant refund. Thanks to Paypal I managed to avoid being ripped off. If the item does ever turn up, I highly doubt it is anything like the picture & description. Thanks Paypal.

Update: The item eventually turned up, what I ordered was a leather & silver bracelet, what I received was a disgusting chemically smelling, plastic bracelet which I gave to a friend & it broke within a week. Glad I didn't pay for it. Tip: Always pay via Paypal if you have that option, you have a better chance of a quick refund if they're scammers.

I've noticed a huge number of websites like this, profligating on the internet. Always with domain names that sound quintessentially English... they're very convincing but are based in China. China manufacture some excellent goods, but these little websites are selling, cheap, nasty fake products which look nothing like their photographs and they use fake English addresses. Why aren't trading standards doing something about these scammers!?

I bought a pair of sunglasses to my husband to give him as a gift. Waited for 3 weeks without any update.
I ended up receiving from what I was expecting. I emailed them to ask to return and my email was completely ignored. £36.99 to waste

Ordered a vintage leather woman's bag. The price was £80 reduced to £40. It looked just the thing on the pictures. After ordering I received no dispatch notice for 3 weeks so I emailed them and asked what was the progress on my order. The following morning I received an email saying my item had been dispatched. 4 days later it arrived. The bag is made from PU leather apparently which to be fair I didn't notice at the time but it is very lightweight and very shiny plastic-looking. Unlike the real leather looking bags pictured on the website. It smells very strongly of glue and is unusable. A waste of money.

I had to exchange a bracelet that I bought and Crazy Fox dealt with this in a fantastic manner. They were thoroughly professional and sent a replacement straight away. The level of customer service was outstanding and I am so grateful for their assistance. I would thoroughly recommend them and will definitely use them again myself. For absolutely hassle free purchasing please give them a try.
