I ordered a Creality CR-10 Smart from Creality3d.shop

After they "shipped" the product UPS put up a claim that the box that was sent was empty.

I emailed them to cancel my order, which their policy states once product ships it can no longer be cancelled, however since it was an empty box my order had not been shipped.

Now I am going back and forth with representatives saying I can't cancel since the order was shipped.

The order is CRDP57581 An Update: As of last night I have received an email saying I will get a refund. As soon as that refund has been issued I will update my review here.

Update: As of now they continuously are fighting me. Them telling me they were going to refund me appears to be just an attempt to get me to cancel my review here.

Final Update: in the end creality3d.shop showed their true colors and continued to stonewall me, even trying to get this review removed unsuccessfully because I provided proof to Trustpilot. PayPal found my case in my favor and is issuing me a refund.

Do not trust creality3d.shop as this is a very likely outcome for all.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Had I known it was coming from China I wouldn’t have bothered! Anyway to find similar items from a company in the US? I’d pay more for it!

I ordered my printer in November expecting it to ship in 10-15 days and hoped for the best. After reviewing the issues with Creality3D i think i might not see the printer until mid 2023 which would be a really bummer. I've attempted to contact them a few times and haven't received a response so I'm still in a holding pattern.

Come on Creality3D come thru for once.

I ordered a Creality Endler-3 in mid April.

After 1 month I asked about the status of my order, and was told not to worry. Asked again after 2 months, but no response anymore. I called a few times, leaving messages, but no response either.

In the end I asked them to cancel my order, and refund me. To which I also have not received any response.

To be clear, this is not an official website of Creality.

Edit: Surprisingly, they were quick to have my review removed from TrustPilot. I delivered evidence to TrustPilot in the meantime.

Ordered the Ender 3 entry level printer, on sale.
Three days from order to delivery (Tennessee), that's pretty good. Packaging was excellent, lots of molded foam and everything secure. All the parts were in the box plus the tools for assembly and a micro SD with an adapter, I did go to YouTube for assembly info, it helped big time. There is enough filament provided to print a very small model and it came out very well, this is my first 3D printer and I'm blown away with the results.
UPDATE I have had this printer for a little over a week now and I have learnt how important a level bed is, I thought the existing bed could be better so for under $20 I bought a Creality glass bed off Amazon, it has made a huge difference and I highly recommend it to anyone.

On constate qu'une fois la vente faites le SAV est inexistant ou presque.
J'ai eu un soucis d'hotend et on m'a demandé 15 euro de frais de port pour une pièce en garantie. Après 2 jours d'échanges j'ai eu finalement gain de cause.
Ce n'est pas tout, les soucis ce sont accumulés et le dernier en date, les roulements des roues de l'axe Y qui sortent de leurs logements côté excentriques et des traces de gras sur les roulements de l'autre côté.
Du gras sous un plateau chauffant c'est bien 🔥🔥🔥
Envoie d'un mail au SAV avec vidéo à l'appuie.
Réponse du SAV, que j'envisage de mettre une double axe Z et un direct drive.
Je rappelle que mon problème était au niveau de l'axe Y.

CREALITY, je vous ai promis de vous faire une mauvaise publicité.

Suite à plusieurs problèmes que j'ai du résoudre moi même mon imprimante allait un peu mieux.
Ils m'ont fait faire un test soit disant d'une pièce de 40x40 et leur gcode m'a gentiment fait un print de 85x85.
Ils ne voient pas de défauts. Je dirais que c'est normal puisque j'ai entièrement repris leur machine de m....
Ils me proposent une bobine en dédommagement avec des frais de port a 15 euro.
Comme je leur ai répondu. Qu'ils se la gardent. Ce matin mon imprimante a eu 2 nouveaux soucis. Alarme température et écran qui s'est éteint en plein print. Plus rien ne réagit. J'ai donc laissé le print se finir pour l'éteindre.

Suite à mon avis sur le site Trustpilot, le service client Creality est revenu vers moi mais pour me balader. Échange de mails, (1 mail par jour de leur part et attente de réponse le lendemain a cause du décalage horaire)
Bref rien n'a changé, imprimante en panne. Malgré les tests déjà fait et les explications que je leur ai donné ils me renvoient le même mail que vendredi matin alors que je leur ai déjà répondu. Si ils ne prennent pas leur client pour des pigeons je le demande ce que s'est.
Je pense me débarrasser de mon imprimante et de la mettre carrément à la poubelle car je ne vais pas acheter des pièces alors que la machine est en garantie.
Machine reçu fin juin 2022 et utilisé peut être 2 mois maximum à cause de toutes les pannes rencontrés.

Le service client Creality ne répond plus après l'avoir envoyé plusieurs fois le même mail auquel j'ai répondu. Bref une belle arnaque cette marque. A vous de vous démerder une fois que vous avez acheté la machine. Évitez surtout le site français. Un ami a acheté directement sur le site Creality et peut communiquer avec eux via Messenger. Pas de frais de port et il reçoit ses pièces de rechange rapidement. Pas comme le site creality3dshop.fr qui est une belle arnaque.
Je ne pense plus avoir de réponses de leur part.

I bought an Ender 3 Pro a couple years ago and it's still going strong. Recently I purchases some ABS and PLA+ from Creality and not only did it come fast, it prints beautifully. No clogs and great layer adhesion. My next printer will be one of theirs. It's a workhorse and creating some unique and beautiful things.

I’ve had my Ender 3v2 for about a year and a half now so I can give an in depth review. First off this printer comes in at a great budget friendly price THEREFORE you’ll deal with minor issues out the box. I was able to print straight out but dealt with layer shifts,Z height (bed level) for awhile. The printer sat for about 6 months (winter) and trying to do a printer afterwards looked even worse. .

Now I’ve upgraded (dual Z, X linear Rail, direct Drive extruder, all metal extruder, and different bed level knobs - springs, BLT)

Afterwards I’m printing perfect prints! It’s just now the total cost is around $400 from my $220 initial cost. BUT you’ll learn the inside and out of the machine and be able to diagnose any issues going forward.

All in all a great beginner printer but you’ll end up upgrading part’s frequently until you get to the end product and not have to.

I own an Ender 3 v2 and a Cr10s and I love them both. Creality has introduced me to a new hobby that I never knew I was missing in life. Because of that I strongly recommend their products to anybody interested in getting started in the awesome world of 3d printing!

Creality has people who are willing to help with any questions you may have. The filament has always been good to use and does not fall apart like some other brands.

Printer is pretty good, but they advertise an additional Titan direct drive extruder that I didn’t get. Been trying for months to get this resolved. Even got assurances the ad would be changed, admission that I am owed the part, and a probable shipping date. Almost 2 weeks later, still no shipping number and they didn’t respond to my last email. Bait and Switch, arguing, delaying, and lies. It all started with “what is your order number “. Here it is. CRDP55152. Ordered 8/9/22.
Update 10/6/22 - Got a response from Creality telling me that the printer was delivered. Same way this whole thing started, "not understanding what I am saying". Got a request for more information, reference number which is the original order number in the complaint. A third message actually giving me a tracking number (finally) and advising me that it may take 30 business days or more to get it. All part of their pattern.

New 3d printer doesn't work. After two weeks of emailing, they sent me a replacement part and video (neither of which were for the model I own!!!). When I told them this, they send instructions on how to plug the cords of the machine into the control box. They refuse to even acknowledge my repeated requests for a refund and return. The customer service is abysmal.

DO NOT BUY - if something goes wrong, you're not going to receive any meaningful support (and at most, repeated frustration).

UPDATE: company contacted me after seeing this review to ask what went wrong. I told them... no response since. And THAT is why I say they have poor customer service.

UPDATE #2: 4 months into this experience and company still refuses to provide a refund. The machine has never worked. If you order from this company and get a defective printer, don't EVER expect a refund.

They offer out the best with the least amount of cash out of pocket..... thats of course if you buy a 3 D printer and keep it completely stock. The other hand this is the only company I've found that offers their product and encourages you to DIY any and everything possible you can think of without making you buy custom oem parts that only fit their machine. You can never go wrong when you choose Creality for your 3D printing devices!

I've had nothing but great products and service with Creality ever since I bought my Ender 3. I would highly recommend the company, as well as the printer, so any beginners out there. If you like to tinker, the Ender 3 is definitely for you . There is a HUGE community for the platform. I've had zero issues with my printer since I bought it two years ago.

I previously bought and Ender 3 during 2020 and it has been my most consistent printer. This year I tried the CR touch with my Ender 5 and have had no issues with set up of function.

J’ai acheté une Ender 5 plus, avec la carte mère d’origine, elle est vraiment trop trop bruyante par contre avec la carte mère silencieuse, c’est juste un régal.
Elle est rapide, il y a vraiment un grand volume d’impression.
Et maintenant avec la carte silencieuse, plus un bruit, je suis très très content de cette imprimante.
Je suis également très content de la SAV Creality qui m’a envoyé gratuitement cette carte mère silencieuse.
Avant l’achat j’avais demandé si elle était présent dans l’imprimante et ils m’avaient répondu oui.
Reconnaissant leurs erreurs, ils ont corrigé en m’envoyant la carte mère V2.2.1, je trouve ça très commerçant et très honnête.
Je les remercie encore.
J’ai plusieurs imprimantes dont deux Prusa, je trouve que la Ender 5 plus n’a rien à leur envier au niveau de la qualité.
Je recommande grandement cette imprimante.

Afer some research, I purchased a Creality Ender 3 Pro. It arrived on time and as expected. It works great. I've subsequently added jitter suppression a mod for the extruder motor, a raspberry pi running octoprint and a camera. I love this tool.

Want to upgrade your printer to a direct drive. Look no further then the sprite extruder. Direct drive, 300C printing, plenty of force to extrude any filament you have. Best part was it came with instructions for E-steps. No calibration necessary just plug and play. 10/10
