Horrible experience with this company. I had my account set to auto-pay for both my domain and hosting. The auto-pay for hosting failed - even though a domain payment was processed successfully the day before. With no notice they terminated my hosting and deleted my content - yet continued to take money for the domain. That means my website - which I spent hundreds of hours on - is gone. Poof.

They back up NOTHING. Their customer support is the WORST.

I just finished transferring my domain to another company and will start recreating my website. Create.com is unreliable, shady, and doesn't do the one thing they're paid to do.

I tried opening account with create.com but they have asked for lot of verifications and copy of govt. issued ID. seems fishy. I won't recomment them at all.

I've been using create.com for a few months now i and i can honestly say that they are one of the best web hosting companies out there. There Support is amazing and super fast, the fastest I've ever seen.

Packages are super affordable as well! Especially the reseller hosting packages!

Create.com saved me! I am a reseller and spent many years with a company that used to be great but quality of customer service dropped. When I emailed the former owner of that company I was invited to move my hosting to Create.com and I could not be happier! Everything started working right and I got all the support I needed along the way. Very pleased.
