Prijs kwaliteit valt tegen
De levering was prima op tijd en een leuk persoonlijk kaartje erbij. Echter de parel ziet er niet echt uit lijkt goedkoop plastic. Ketting valt ook tegen. Prijs kwaliteit niet in overeenstemming wat mij betreft

Hi Diana, thanks for your honest review! While I’m happy you appreciated the delivery time and personal card, I’m sorry the necklace didn’t meet your expectations. We work with freshwater pearls and because they’re natural, they can differ in color, shape and shine. The necklace itself is made of 925 sterling silver with an extra rhodium finish, but we understand that taste is personal and you might’ve expected a different look. We’d of course love to help you as best as we can - you can return the necklace or exchange it to another one with a pearl that suits you better. Lovely company to deal with. I'd ordered (and they promptly delivered) the gregor samsa necklace in silver but I then spotted that they had released it in gold which I preferred. They were super with help and communication in my returning the original necklace and replacing it with the gold version. Super customer service and the necklace is wonderful. Thank you so much.

Amazing service!!!! Ordered a necklace and got a track ref. Noticed the tracking hadn’t changed in a couple of days. Contacted the company- got quick response from them with reassurances that they would look into it. Got new updates from them and my order was delivered. Great customer service. Amazing product- exactly like the photo. Quality company!!!!
