Awful experience. I originally enquired with ABC ivf and I was told due to medical reasons I would need to move to create. During my consultation the doctor had not read any of my notes or any of my results that I had sent in. I was told that I needed to loose weight before starting treatment despite having a BMI of 27 and their criteria is up to 30. I have tried to chase the doctor and the patient co ordinators and nobody has replied and this has been going on for 4 months. I wrote a complaint and still nobody has replied. It is disgusting considering you are paying for private treatment and going through such a difficult time.

Terrible communication throughout our treatment process and post when trying to obtain my medical records via a SAR. Almost impossible to speak to my patient coordinator, who also changed 3 times during our 3 egg collections and 2 transfers.

Deidre from the Hertfordshire clinic has been amazing throughout our treatment. We built a great relationship with her and she made us feel very comfortable and reassured. Thank you again! From Claire and Stuart :)

Extremely disappointed with Create Fertility. We paid for a service and received absolutely nothing in return — no results, no communication, and no follow-up despite repeated promises of callbacks and refunds. After initially agreeing to refund us, they’ve since ignored all contact. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable and feels completely unethical. Taking payment for a service that was never provided breaches basic consumer rights and could fall under trading standards violations. Avoid this company unless you’re prepared to fight to get your money or answers.

We’re very happy with ABC IVF. All the clinicians and people we met were lovely, especially Becca and Deidre. It’s an emotional process and they were mindful of that. The reason for not giving 5 stars is the admin side of things. We often had to chase replies, appoints were not always in our local clinic (one of the reasons we chose them) and lack of clarity around some of the pricing and policy. This being said, we would be happy to use them again.

We have just welcomed our beautiful daughter into the world on September 6th. We had a fantastic experience with create. All the team are angels from the Hertfordshire clinic to St pauls. The team answered all our questions promptly and we felt truly looked after. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Without you, our daughter wouldn't be here!

I write this review as I sit here cuddling my 2 week old. We were very impressed with the service that the drs and nurses provided, particularly Dr Kulkarni, Deirdre and Charlotte. Once we started seeing Dr Kulkarni and Deirdre regularly, it made the treatment much more manageable and we felt reassured. Charlotte was always on hand to answer any questions and point us in the right direction which we really appreciated.
The reason for not giving 5 stars is due to the lack of communication initially from the patient coordinator and the poor phone system when you’re trying to get in contact with a clinic or particular member of staff. It is a central system, you cannot phone the clinic directly. Having complained, our patient coordinator changed and Bex was very efficient in supporting us.
Advice I would give to anyone using the London Colney clinic is we weren’t informed initially it is only a satellite clinic and therefore although you can have your monitoring done there, they are only open on certain days so you have to go to St Paul’s for monitoring on the days it’s closed and for main procedures.
We would use Create again as we now have a greater understanding of how they work and would adjust our expectations.

I have used the Herts clinic a lot through my IVF journey - the staff there have all been really supportive, friendly and professional.
I can’t thank them enough - such a positive experience and I would definitely recommend the clinic to anyone considering using them.

Very helpful throughout the process, always there when I had questions and made me feel comfortable.

We used the St Albans clinic for our bloods and scans. They were fantastic with their service and prompt with our appointments. The nurses took their time to answer any questions we had and explain things thoroughly to us to put us at ease. Fantastic team and very grateful to have their support.

I went for an ultrasound scan and I was very nervous as I had it before and it wasn’t a good experience. Deidre was making me feel calm and reassured me that it will be all ok. She explained everything on the screen and was very gentle. She was very kind, professional and understanding. Thank you so much I am very grateful.

It’s funny how all the ‘5 star’ reviews are all from people who are invited with a success story!
I would highly recommend you AVOID using the St Albans clinic and do your research before choosing a clinic. There wouldn’t be enough font space on here to list the endless mistakes this clinic made…not to mention the amount of hidden costs! Medication missing syringes, medication not being signed off by any doctors… customer coordinators who are completely unenthusiastic and have a complete lack of understanding or empathy…bottom line….I wouldn’t recommend.

As Create has centralised service, this decentralised hub for ultrasound and bloods can save time in journey to central London.

Great overall and I would certainly recommend Create both for their approach to IVF and professionalism, but slow/ sometimes lack of communication from Patient Coordinators is why I have deducted one star. Such a shame as this could be so easily improved and the medical staff are brilliant. We were lucky enough to be successful with our IVF and I would use Create again should we decide to try for baby number two.

Was treated with love and care. Would definitely recommend create fertility well informedand professional. A year on and have my beautiful baby girl !
