CREATE Fertility - St Paul's Opiniões 

I started my journey for egg freezing in 2022 it has been roller coaster journey to say the least but a huge thank you to all the nurses and coordinators who took care of me the best they could. I did three cycles so it has been physically, mentally taxing having a good clinic and supportive people has made it a lot more bearable. I was kept up to date with everything and things went smoothly as possible. Thank you to stacey who did blood works for me and those mornings she kept me smiling, My coordinator Shabana who was just amazing on my telephone check ins and emails whenever i needed her, and to all the doctors who did the egg collection for the three occasions.

We have a fabulous bouncing almost 2 year old through Create and are now back to see if an embryo from the first round will be a sibling sibling.
Staff helpful informative and sensitive, we chose Create because of the mild approach.

This is my second time being back and I'm very blessed in having both times being successful. The process was seamless, they are very supportive, caring, and professional. Ivf in general is very stressful, the producers often seem to be gruelling but here i felt the process was neither of those thing. My procedures where very easy going on my body and i am happy with my protocols. I'm really happy, Give them a go, you wont regret it!!!

Even though our treatment was unsuccessful, the care and service we received from start to finish was superb. The medical and non medical staff were so kind, caring and professional. The after care we received from Charlotte, Ellie and Dr Kulkarni was brilliant and we would not hesitate to recommend Create to anyone else.

I started my IVF treatment in 2020 with Create Fertility St Paul's. My experience with them was spectacular. all the Doctors and Nurses I worked with through out my treatment was smooth and they were all attentive and very professional in their field. They were accommodating and prompt to cater whatever your queries.They were patient despite the covid restrictions. I can't stress enough How lucky I chose Create Fertility. I now have my beautiful healthy robust baby boy born November 21, 2023. Princess Elizabeth Hospital, Guernsey Channel Islands.UK. I still Have 4 embryos stored at Create St Pauls being looked after until I'm ready again to have more children.

We are very grateful to Create Fertility. After 7 years of failed treatments at other clinics they recommended the 3 cycle plan which we followed & resulted in 2 pregnancies & 2 healthy baby girls.

Create were great with us. Having IVF treatment is such an emotional journey but Create made it as easy as possible ensuring that we always had somebody who could answer our questions.

Very welcoming and relaxing environment as you enter the building.
Every nurse or doctor I interacted with was professional and made the whole process easy to understand. Very organised and follow Up calls and emails were efficient. Easy to find the clinic and located in a safe area. Great transport links.

Create were very quick to respond and very clear communicators about how the process would work. We were lucky and our IVF experience had a positive outcome. I would recommend this company.

This is a very poorly run organisation. I can only comment on the St Paul's clinic in London.
We are in our 3rd cycle and have had 13 consultants, each of them contradicting what the previous one said.

The consultants, nurses and patient coordinators are all out of sync. The clinic has on several occasions prescribed us medication that we have had to pay for, but never had to use. When we have recently challenged them, they have taken off the medication, with the consultants conceding that it is probably not needed.

Customer service, generally speaking, is truly awful.
They are not responsive and we continuously have to chase to understand what is going on. We keep getting told to do blood tests and scans for no reasons to be afterwards told that it was probably not needed. However, the money has still gone out.

Would definitely not recommend the clinic and it has been a painful experience.

Fantastic experience with ABC. From start to finish my experience of IVF process has been smooth. Having struggled for 2 years with infertility I was worried about the future. All the nurses and doctors at ABC were very personable and friendly throughout. Having just heard my babies heart beat at 7 weeks following a frozen transfer I am more than happy with the outcome but how I have been treated by the staff. I highly reccomend anyone who is struggling to seek advice from the ABC family. Thank you so much to all.

Firstly, I would like to point out that we had a successful cycle of IVM and my wife is now pregnant.

This is clearly the most important thing from our point of view, however, it is not the full picture.

We were recommended CREATE by our fertility Dr, after 2 x failed cycles of IVF with another provider.
Whilst the IVM cycle resulted in a positive outcome, there are several other areas CREATE failed to provide an adequate service/ level of care.

Communication - Woefully inadequate from the start and throughout. Needed to chase at every stage. Please note the Patient coordinator is only really there until you start treatment and then you are handed over to the medical team.

Medicine - My wife was told to start taking a drug (that evening) without it ever being prescribed. When we rang the emergency out-of-hours line, the phone was not answered and they didn't ring back.

Medicine - My wife ran out of a drug, as she hadn't been prescribed enough to last for the required duration. This was only highlighted when we queried whether she should still be taking it.

Patient Handling - My wife felt like a piece of meat, just being passed from department to department. Procedures were carried out without a full briefing on what to expect etc. I would expect this, if you are going through the NHS, due to workload etc. however, when paying a significant amount of money privately it is not ideal.

In summary, we felt like we had to use CREATE due to them being one of the only IVM providers in the area. If we were going for IVF, we would avoid them. We have had experience with other providers and whilst the outcome was not positive, their patient handling, patient portal and communication were far superior.

If you have the choice, I would not recommend them. If you have to use them, double-check all information and be prepared to chase them at every stage.

Absolutely amazing atmosphere and service by all staff, making you feel comfortable and right at home. Very organised and well led throughout the whole procedure, before and after. Highly recommend using Create!

Staff were brilliant, very attentive. Everything ran on time and the whole process from start to finish was well organised and we were kept informed at every step. Thanks for looking after us so well!

Everyone was so kind and helpful. It was always a calming space in clinic which was always greatly appreciated.
We cannot thank them enough for all they have done for us and giving us our gorgeous baby boy.

Everything was great, with attentive care throughout. The highlight was Sabrina, one of the nurses, who made us feel very comfortable and relaxed.

I had a wonderful experience with Create, I had what they call a one cycle package and my PC was sweet and attentive. I had all of my treatment at the St Paul’s location so cannot speak for the other clinics in the chain. Any hiccups with medication was sorted by the in-house pharmacist Rebekah(?) and when I had trouble with my injection nurse Charlotte was able to help me. Special shout out to the two main receptionist Deborah and Shannon for being lovely and helpful and for raising my spirits on my transfer day and gave me a big congratulations when I came for my (positive) pregnancy scan. Overall I had an amazing holistic experience and would not hesitate to recommend to others looking to start a family.

I have been a patient with Create St Pauls for around 18 months and did several IVF cycles in this time. In general my treatment was fine and there are some good doctors and nurses, particularly those in theatre. The reason for the one star review is that since deciding to leave Create, I have been chasing them for the past 5 months regarding a refund. As others have stated, the ONLY way to contact anyone, is via the call centre or a generic email address. Over the 5 months, I have called and emailed numerous times, and even written a formal complaint. To date, the complaint has never been acknowledged, and my patient coordinator has called me twice stating that someone would call me that day, of which no one did.

I am writing this review first and foremost, to trigger a response from Create as I'm completely at the end of my tether. I'm shocked that such a large and established company have let this go on for so long. If Create do indeed "take patient feedback very seriously as we always want to improve our services" then please for the sake of current and future patients, change your current approach to the patient coordinator and administrative teams as it is clearly not working.

We did a 3 cycle package and managed to fall pregnant on our first transfer. We also got some frozen embryos. We contacted create after 2 unsuccessful rounds at another clinic and was very impressed that they seemed to offer a milder ivf for me as an older woman at 40 years old and they we’re very focused on the quality of the embryos rather than the quantity. This meant I felt better as the drugs were less and the experience was much better than our previous clinic who seemed to just pump me with drugs and hope for the best. I had previously been told my eggs were too old and I should use doner. Thank goodness I didn’t listen and came to create as I now have a healthy 10 week old girl. After a long 3 year process I am very grateful to Create for giving me my daughter. The only improvement I feel could be made and the reason I give a 4 star review instead of 5 is because I feel the patient coordinators could be improved. I found I had to do a lot of chasing and organising throughout the process, which added to the stress and could have been avoided. Other than that however the treatment was first class, the package was adapted for our needs, the doctors and nurses were amazing and we have our little girl. Thank you create for a great job.
