I am very pleased with the purchase. The watch was packed well and dispatched promptly. Creation Watches is a legitimate seller and I will not hesitate to purchase from them again.

Ordered a watch in October for delivery 17-21 days.
Track my order showed it did not get posted for 8 days.
After many, many emails it finally arrived on December 17th (48 days) together with an invoice for nearly 50% of the total cost.(Customs and administration)
The watch wasn't for me but bought as a birthday gift to be presented on 22/11/2025, so I tried to cancel. Not possible they said, so I now have a watch that I do not need or want and Creation watches refunded me the princely sum of 7.52€ as an act of goodwill !!!!!
My advice would be to look for a watch elsewhere and avoid this company, it might be a few euros more but it'll save you having to deal with a very unprofessional company.

I bought two watches from Brazil to be delivered in Singapore. A day after my purchase, the company reached out to me in order to confirm the delivery address. I explained my situation and all went perfectly well: the watches arrived intact and with their proper cases and documents.

PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS SELLER AND ANY ASSOCIATED WEBSITE WITH THEM - ESPECIALLY WITH THEIR FAKE REVIEWS.

If you have the option to buy a watch from another store where you can verify its authenticity, please do so, even if it costs a few hundred dollars more. It is absolutely not worth dealing with this seller.

I purchased a Tissot PRX Powermatic 80 from creationwatches.com (trading as RedSol Pte. Ltd. Singapore) in mid October 2025. I had to contact PayPal just to get the item delivered; otherwise, there was no action from the seller. Once it finally arrived, I took it to the Tissot Boutique in Sydney to authenticate it. The staff informed me that the watch was not a genuine Tissot product. The seller had not provided the international Tissot warranty card, and when the boutique staff checked the serial number, they found it was still listed as in transit from Morocco. They suspected the serial number had been stolen from another watch.

Fortunately, I made the purchase through PayPal, so I opened a dispute and reported that the item was not genuine. PayPal instructed me to return the item, which I did via Australia Post with signature required on delivery.

After the item was delivered, the seller repeatedly claimed they had not received it. I then contacted Singapore Post, which handled the final delivery on behalf of Australia Post. Their support team was extremely helpful, they provided a delivery statement, the recipient’s signature, a photo of the seller’s building at the time of delivery, and confirmation of the person who accepted the parcel at the seller’s address. Once I submitted all this evidence, PayPal finally issued a full refund.

Based on these facts, I want others to be aware: think very carefully before buying a watch from this seller. In my experience, they are dishonest and do not respect their customers. They also appear to put significant effort into gathering positive reviews, claiming excellent service and authentic products, something my experience clearly contradicts.

Please be smart and do not fall for their glowing online reviews. If you read more customer feedback, you will see a different picture: many people are upset with creationwatches.com and any associated websites run by RedSol Pte. Ltd. Singapore.

Customer service is horrendous!
Ordered a watch, delivery delayed and then didn't get delivered anyway and spent days email trying to get a refund. Which I didn't get.
Never experienced such poor customer service ever.

The watch was delivered within the estimated time and it was packed properly to ensure that the package arrived safely. More importantly, the watch is authentic and competitively priced. My go-to site to source for affordable watches. Will not hesitate to patronise again in the near future.

The Ratio Freediver Ver. 2 Helium Safe is a quiet and unassuming watch. It doesn’t bring any attention to itself but does what it’s supposed to do well. It wears comfortably on the wrist (mine is 17.5cm) and the bezel action is excellent. It turns confidently and has no backplay. It takes a conscious (though not excessive) effort to turn, and it won’t be accidentally knocked out of place.

Whilst most of us will never be able to verify its claim, Ratio touts it to be able to reach a depth of 1000m, 82% of what a Seadweller can achieve at 1.39% of its price (!), assuming your AD will sell you one.

It was my first purchase from Creation Watches and it was a very good experience. The watch was shipped very soon after the order was placed. The courier service provider was very professional and the watch was very well and securely packed.

Looking forward to doing more business with CW.

Sketchy business. Operates as CW Watches on WalMart marketplace, part of parent company Redsol Pte. Ltd. in Singapore.

Marketplace ad and checkout process did not disclose the item was being shipping internationally or mention any additional fees. If you look up Sol Pte Ltd. on google reviews you will see numerous 1 star complaints about the same issue.

Item ended up being held by DHL subject to import/custom fees. Despite the aforementioned, CW Watches asked me to deal with DHL instead of taking ownership. Refused to provide an immediate refund citing their arbitrary internal policy.

Sarcastic and misinformed response I received from CW Watches (they shipped via DHL not FedEx):

"1.FedEx Service Fee:
It seems there’s been some confusion here. The fee you were asked to pay is not an import duty but a service charge by FedEx for clearing your package through customs—on your behalf. Quite convenient, isn’t it? If you’d prefer, you can absolutely skip this fee by personally visiting your local customs office and handling the paperwork yourself. Think of it as a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the exciting world of customs procedures while saving a bit of money.

2.Invoice from FedEx:
Before jumping to conclusions, I’d recommend asking FedEx for the invoice if they haven’t already sent it. They’re usually quite good at explaining their charges, and I’m sure you’ll find their transparency refreshing.

3.Marketplace Ad and Shipping Location:
Regarding the ad, Walmart does not mandate that sellers listing products in Canada must physically operate from Canada. Surprising, isn’t it? With today’s global economy, sellers from all over the world are allowed to offer their products, so long as they comply with marketplace policies. As a proud Canadian citizen, you are liable to pay taxes on imported goods—something I’m sure you’re familiar with as it applies to almost everything you purchase.

4.Customs Clearance and Pickup:
For the local pickup option you mentioned, here's how it works: after the customs clearance is completed (either by visiting customs yourself or letting FedEx handle it for a fee), you will then be able to pick up the package from your chosen Walmart facility. So, you still have the flexibility to decide which route works best for you. Isn't it nice to have options?

I ordered a watch online but noticed that the color and description didn't match what was advertised. I immediately canceled the order after purchasing, as there was no phone number available, so I emailed the seller right away. The next day, they informed me that the watch had already been shipped and advised me to reject the delivery. It's now been over 15 days without any updates. I contacted the delivery service, and their automated response confirmed that the item was returned to the seller. However, I still haven't received a refund or any updates.

I received a watch I didn't ordered. They're making it really difficult now to send me a duty and taxes pre paid ticket for the watch I didn't ordered so I can send them back so they send me the good one. They're really bad client service. Not efficient at all. Never again.

After giving my first feedback here ( didn’t receive my watch for over a month) they said again it was on its way, they have my an updated tracking link but 2weeks later my watch isn’t still there. They say I have to collect without any information where exactly. They are pretending my watch is on its way or somewhere but I don’t believe it anymore. I receive parcels very often, none of them seems to have the problem arriving at my house. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK !!!!
I also opened a case in PayPal on this, guys just refund my money and keep your non existing watch !!!
