I am an employee that has supposedly been auto enrolled into a pension by this company. I have not received any correspondence from them which is a legal requirement!!! I should have received details within the first month. I have been trying this week to get in touch to speak to someone but I end up on hold until the connection is finally cut. I have tried their online contact form with no response. I have left my number for a callback and as yet nothing. Who is regulating this company? Is there anybody actually there? You are not meeting your legal obligations.

As I look after a number of companies, my IFA recommended this company for auto enrolment pensions. This has wasted so much of my time you would not believe.

They are supposed to provide a website that automates the enrolment process. Well - every single step of the way the site has been broken - I have had to wait weeks every time for the respective fault to be fixed. I still have no (correct) letters for my employees.

Their communications are unbelievably bad, I wait weeks for replies - I have now given up trying to get hold of them and get my IFA to do it.

That latest is that they cannot even calculate pensions correctly. This is absolutely unbelievable for someone in this industry. It's 6 weeks since I told them this and I'm still waiting for a reply. (IFA confirmed they are wrong)

Steer well clear of this shower.
