Outstanding, Personal Service from Creative Claw
Over the weekend, I was creating promotional material for my new book and used ChatGPT with Creative Claw to produce a video. When I noticed some technical issues, I took a chance and contacted Creative Claw’s customer service. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they responded and even more impressed by the thoughtful, hands-on support that followed.
Itay, Creative Claw’s founder, personally stayed involved, made edits, and kept communicating with me to ensure I was satisfied. I never expected the founder to be so directly engaged in helping a customer. That level of care made me feel heard and valued.
