Absolutely Premium services and customer care
Not only was the customer service for this platform very responsive, generous and helpful but the site and services provided were very user friendly and seems to be of premium quality. They offer a lot of materials for learning and guidance throughout your journey so you never feel lost in the process wondering what to do next or who do contact. You are made to feel like you matter and your content matters. The week trial is not quite enough to get the full feel for the services they offer but they're very gracious in helping you find more time with them to feel out your creative possibilities with their services and I couldn't be happier with how quick and easy it is to get started. I am more pleasantly surprised with this site than I have been with any other I've run across in my creation journey. I highly recommend using this site if you have plans to create any of the services they offer as it has been an absolute pleasure working with this site and their customer service has been top notch!

Outstanding customer service and Support!
I had a really positive experience with this site. The customer service was exceptional: I had an issue with the payment, and the team was incredibly kind and helpful. I had an issue when I was not aware…
I had an issue when I was not aware that despite of saying a signed up for a 4 week's trial I was going to be charged £100.00 after a week's trial. I was very upset about it as I didn't even have time to try the app. However, their customer service was very helpful and refunded me 50% of the charge and gave me an extra 4 weeks to be able to try the app which I really appreciated. Thanks

Very helpful and reactive costumer service
I didn’t understand that I was subscribing when I was doing the trial, and the emails saying that the payment was going to go through were on my spam, so I was very frustrated when the payment went through specially because I didn’t use the app. But, they were very helpful and reasonable and even though I was very upset they helped me and refunded me. So this experience was very good! Thank you!
