THIS IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY,CONNING PEOPLE OF THEIR HARD EARNED CASH.THEY NEVER GAVE ANY REFUND AFTER FAILING TO GIVE THE LOAN,THEY HAD NO INTENTION OF GIVING THE LOAN .NOW NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE,NO ONE RESPONDS TO THE EMAILS.

This app Customer Care 93.95.02.02.85 is honestly great for credit card payments because it reminds you of your dues, also mentions extra dues if it's charged wrongfully by the bank, etc features are good.
Earlier the rewards were much better. But not so much now.
Also, the UPI section doesn't have an auto-pay mandate feature. So pretty much useless for recurring transactions

Self transfer fund not transferred my account
Cred is customer care are very worst and not responding my query telling our team will contact you it's as per my opinion involving in frud and my self trafer amount of Rs 5000 set aside and playing like dow chiki dot .Com they are unfair customer care and worst
I'm yesterday done my transaction of 5000 by icici to canara bank till not responding and every customer uninstall this app and no use I have other good service app
I want pay EMI so transferred but I'm defay my payment my credit score effect buy u I file case against you consumer court

The coins are worthless,
I'm not able to win any prizes yet,
Please make the prize draw system more transparent so, that, users like me could win prizes.

The Company Gives You Cashback Offers, Then They Make Your Huge Transaction Fail. Invest That Money In Their Business And Earn Profit But Dont Care About Refunding It To You.
My Huge Transaction Got Failed On 07-07-2022 & Am Still Strugling To Get My Money Back.
Please Be Safe & Do Not Use This App. Its Better To Use Your Own Banking App To Pay Bills.

Good UI & Decent Offers
It's a good app, It's Better than paying the bills directly from your bank/ other apps. UI is no doubt the best in class.
They could have more in the store and offer something better and for the cred coins.
