quick, easy, never had an issue, website is easy to use if you want to pay earlier, this is a no fuss, no issue, easy, brilliant company

This is very easy to use and the app is really good

Great app but if you pay off a credit card you’ll be bombarded with offers to push you back into debt. As a person who has like many held debt of different levels and like a lot of people at shall we say the lower part of society try their damn hardest to make sure everyone gets a piece of the pie but could do with help. It never comes. Let me explain. You have an item on credit and three credit cards of which you’re paying £400pm to keep everyone happy.Never miss a payment. Now a simple loan would help and cut your monthly payment down to £250 but because you’re using over 25% of your current credit limit you get refused but you’ll get offered another loan costing a lot more? Doesn’t seem right or fair. If you somehow pay off one of those credit cards then you’ll get offered by the same company a higher credit limit. Wrong on many levels. Too many computer says no and not enough personal touch.

Horrific experience. My credit record shows I have £3,000 more credit card balances than I actually do, about. CreditKarma claim it is not their responsibility but I complained to them over a month ago when it was £2,000 too much. They claimed it was not their error - but of course it is! In spite of several emails, the problem has not been resolved but rather become worse as this week it shows a £3,000 discrepancy rather than £2,000. I will put in a complaint to the Financial Ombudsman today as this is not acceptable.

Very detailed report, gives you a good feeling to see all the areas that you are doing well. Easy to follow and understand the format. Reason for 4 stars instead of five is that the updating is woefully behind actual date, sometimes up to 3 months? The figures are therefore on occasions thousands of pounds higher than the actual figures, this is frustrating as the feel good factor after paying down credit cards is lost.

First off i appreciate that it is free.
I like being kept up to date with my credit.
I like that it shows ways to improve your credit and informs of offers that I could 100% get. I've done two great offers so far, which has helped reach financial goals.
They are informative with advice.
The app is very easy to use.

Handy for knowing credit score and who is checking on you - the only grump is they keep sending me emails about being a potential winner of their £5k monthly draw - just email the person who has won - I really get fed up with that - a marketing no no from me!

Brilliant customer support and service

Generally good but recently my credit score dropped and given no explanation why. Also I’m still showing that I have outstanding debt on credit card when I paid it over 2 months ago. My other credit score app is up to date.

I’ve been with this company for a while now. It’s informative, helpful and offers great support.

The app is really easy to use and very clear, specially the factors that contribute towards your score. It’s really simple to see how you can improve your score. Notifications and emails to alerts you of any changes to your score are helpful too.

Credit Karma has been incredibly helpful for keeping track of my credit score. The app is easy to use, updates regularly and gives clear insights into what’s affecting my credit.

Ive had a Credit Karma account for a number of years. It keeps me on top of my finances and track whats going on behind the scenes.

Easy to use website, with clear information. I log in at least a few times a week to check up on things and keep track of my report.
The credit factors give good insight into what things are good or bad for my score and if they are high, medium or low impact.
Good, safe links to check eligibility for new lines of credit.
A good incentive with their monthly member draw to improve your score.

Credit Karma is the best Credit checking service in the UK as far as I am concerned. I know exactly where I am with my finances at all times. I have young children and this is important to know as a lone parent where my credit rating is at. I have been using it years and give it maximum stars as its easy to read and they send me the information so regularly without any spam mail. Highly recommend.
