Just wanting back in or my money refunded ASAP
I was going through and signing up and ordering everything and I was almost done when some how I lost the page and when I did find it it wanted me to start over! Im not starting over and have to pay another 100 buck give or take! I've tried to sign in and it say I'm not putting in the wrong information. I don't know if it actually saved my login information do to me being kick off!
Please help me either get back on with the program with everything I've paid for and my free bees that came with it or give me my mo ey back ASAP

Regaining your Confidence with your Credit Score in the future.

Get your money back right away!
I wanted to do the Credit Secrets and the guy that I talked to was transferring me over to one of the so called Directors and all I got was a BUSY SIGNAL and then hung up on! No phone call back. No nothing. I called back but got nothing but the runaround. I asked for a refund and finally got my money back.

The representative listened to my issue/concern and confirmed the issue. He then proceeded to outline my options and ask me which I would be more comfortable with, and resolved it according to my wishes. Was very professional and pleasant. He was patient and courteous. I've completed CS Part 1 letters & use Automator
I have used their Part 1 letters in the Automator. As you go through the process, if the creditor does not follow the legal process they are in federal violation, or not in compliance with section blah blah of the fair debt collection practices act already built in these letters. You have to follow CS guidelines to make it work but it makes the letter to the creditor very professional telling them they are in violation of federal law, sections, etc... And at these points we need all the help we can get as this is exhausting & very scary. Another bonus is using the online certified mail website to mail each letter. You now have backup, tracking & signatures for each letter when they pick it up. No driving to the post office only during business hours. When your done creating your letter you ship it online & they send it out as soon as they can w/ confirmation. If you personally try to check if the letter is picked up at post office I promise you its very hard to get anyone to answer the phone at a post office plus you end up going thru usps online & that does not always work. I've done it.
