Crispin shoes are beautifully made and fit me very well. Bought ankle boots which are so comfortable delighted. Excellent service.

The service is good as it is always. I'm not so happy about the fees I have to pay. For some shoes for Eu 160 I paid Eu 33 for taxes, so I think it was my last time I bought something in England, sorry.

It is necessary to obtain beautiful and up-to-date high-quality shoes, only missing information about the width of the shoe - which should be double width.

I ordered and tried different sizes from different brands to find what works well for my difficult-to-fit feet. I now have a nice collection of shoes for the year(s) ahead.
With Crispins you do need to pay for your own returns but the fabulous customer service makes up for that. I was able to talk to talk to someone knowledgeable on the phone who gave advice about sizes. I recommend you do that too to save time/money/effort.
They have a terrific selection of European shoes. I have bought a number of times from Crispins online and been very happy.

The shoes were as described. They look good and fit well. They were packaged excellently, so there was no delivery damage.

Since moving to Ireland I have been shopping on line with Crispins for nearly 20 years. Their shoes are always a perfect fit, take a size 43. Always good quality and must importantly comfortable.
The shoes always arrive promptly and on the odd occasion I return shoes this is always dealt with quickly and efficiently.
Also the postage covers all customs duty so no additional costs once you receive them. Whenever I visit the store the staff are always extremely pleasant and helpful. For anyone with large feet this store is an absolute blessing!

What is refreshing is the comprehensive selection of the larger sizes of ladies shoes. They are designer styles so a little unusual which is what I love. It’s great to own that unique style. The shop keeps you updated with new lines and sale items.
