Unfortunately, my experience with Crispy NYC has been extremely disappointing. I placed an order and, despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I have not received the product I paid for (December 2025)or a timely refund despite promises of such.
The lack of communication and follow-through has been incredibly frustrating and clearly a scam.
I would NEVER recommend ordering from this company unless you want to donate money to a scamming “business owner”.

I am still fighting with this company to get a refund after my products never shipped and was sent a long email saying I would get a refund 5 months later .. Horrible service
Horrible service, canceled my order after 3 months and have been waiting for my refund for a month. They have not gotten back to me and went mia during the process. Shorts are trash quality and they refuse to assist with anything. *EDIT* Same copy and paste they use for every other reply. Can’t find my order number but i have it in my emails. It’s a shame how they handle business on their end. If you cancelled my order the least you can do is refund me.

Sold a product that wasn't even produced yet without stating this at the time of purchase. I ordered a Ghostface Hoodie(Scary Hours Hoodie) for my daughter prior to Christmas, never arrived and they refuse to refund me even though I asked and communicated via email and also filed with the USPS as advised, NOW THERE"S NOTHING but CRICKETS when I follow up with chris at crispy. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND $$$ ON THIS COMPANY. THEY RESELL CHINESE KNOCK OFFS or pretend to.

It’s a scam they take your money and when you place an order they make a slip for the post office wait 3 to 4 months if not longer and then they send the slip through the mail and then the slip will never fully make it so then you have to place a claim on the United States post office to get $100 so you don’t feel about getting scammed by them or lost mail or package

Horrible experience overall wouldnt recommend to anyone asked for refund multiple times they stopped replying placed order in December currently april and no updates got reimbursed for 1 pair of shorts had 5 pending and no type of sense of urgency complete trash but they're still promoting new shorts and making post like orders are being sent out on time complete bs

Horrible service, I ordered a hoodie in December and have yet to get a tracking number or product. I understand this is a small business but the lack of communication and poor customer service is ridiculous. The refusal of a refund or product is unacceptable. You Won't Get Your Order
Ordered in November and got a runaround for 4 months. It was always that the shipment was coming in (3X) or a tracking number with no tracking. Do not order from them.

DON’T PURCHASE FROM HERE
I put a order in for 2 hoodies way back on December 4th. Black friday sale, so I cut them some slack I know they must’ve recieved a ton of orders. Anyway I got a tracking number in January and it hasn’t updated ever since. I reached out to customer service twice and was hit with the same response “all shipments will be shipped out next week”. I also see they posted it on their Instagram story, and still nothing. Looking at all these reviews and how they leave the same copy-n-paste response (which they might leave here) is all I need to see.

Scammers
Ordered two hoodies on 12/6/25 and it’s now 3/8/26 and I haven’t got them yet. I emailed over and over again. They just kept saying they would ship next week. They don’t give out refunds and clearly have never even attempted to ship anything. One email they told me I was on a back order but yet they still have them for sale on the site. Just an overall scam.
Update, 3/14 they tried saying they couldn’t find me but we have gone back and forth 21 times in emails. You AD was next day shipping so saying you have a time frame listed and bull. But don’t worry I sent the order number on here as well. Im sure they will just say it doesn’t exist as well. Need screenshots next? Scammers I tell you

I placed my order 3+ months ago
I placed my order 3+ months ago. I followed up a couple weeks after placing it after no updates. I started getting the emails everyone seems to get “don’t worry, it’ll be on the way soon!” I should have known something was awry when the emails kept saying they “hand-stitch” their hoodies (right, a hoodie on sale for $39…). I got a tracking number which of course, USPS never got (their system showed they were waiting to receive it from this company). AFTER getting that email and a few more weeks, I followed up and got a generic email saying don’t worry, your order is shipping by next week - sorry what? I thought you already shipped it? I immediately disputed the claim with my credit card company. Never received the item. thankfully my credit card company issued me a provisional credit right when I filed the dispute and just today found in my favor and made the credit permanent. This is BEYOND a scam company, don’t even waste your time.

It has been three and a half months since I ordered and never received the hoodie I ordered. I sent a email , they sent me a tracking number, the shipping label was created but never shipped.

Complete joke of a company
Complete joke of a company. Never received my order . Emailed weekly and they continuously said it would ship each week but never did, yet label was created with no updates. Luckily, I submitted a chargeback with my financial institution and hopefully they see how fraud and scamful this company is.

Blames delays on weather or USPS but orders from later dates get delivered before those prior. Horrible customer service as well. Lucky for me whatnot protects buys from scammers like crispy

Crispy takes 3 months or more to get items
Ordered black Friday weekend 2025 we are now in February 2026 still nothing and their customer service sucks this company is way over their heads I'm surprised they haven't been sue for that ad they had around Thanksgiving that they had a bigger team and everything will be shipped out right away it feels like they laughed at everyone and took the money and will eventually ship when they feel like it will be the last time I ever order from them

Horrible communication
Ordered on 12/25/25. Never got a tracking number. Nobody ever reached out to me. I finally got a response to my email a week later when I asked for a refund on 2 separate occasions. And they pretty much said “Don’t worry. It’s coming”. But my order is still under “Waiting for details”, Whatever that means. They will reply to this review with an automated response…
Can’t even get a real human to respond. Will never order from them again.
