I ordered the wrong lenses for my glasses, much to my surprise after contacting Pedro Cuevas he requested I return them and they would exchange them for the correct size. It was a streamlined process and now i have my replacement lenses {correct ones}. Pedro was extremely helpful and I am only to happy to post this to let anyone know they are a trusted company with customer satisfaction their first priority.
This is the third time I have ordered from ReplacementLenses.net. Each time I have received exactly what I ordered and with in the time frame they gave me for delivery. I have used their service contact site and have great response from them and have quickly been taken care of.
Ordered some lenses from these guys, horrible experience. They say delivery in 4-6 days, one month later I didn't get anything, they didn't even send the package.
Asked for a refund and they refused, instead they keep coming with made-up stories of how the shipment was lost but they resent it and now I need to wait and then send them back the package (the one that never arrived) and only then would they refund the money.
I had to raise a chargeback request with MasterCard to get my money back.
Don't bother ordering from here! I see a lot of similar reviews to this one, the good ones must be paid for.

Hope you remember this email I sent you with the entire history of the order. SHAME ON YOU, all you did was LIE throughout our discussions and here as well. This goes to show what misserable person you are and NOBODY SHOULD BUY FROM YOU!
The order was placed on December 2nd 2023.
After several inquiries about the order, to which you did not reply, on December 14th 2023 you informed me that there was a problem with the shipment, to which I immediately requested a CANCELLATION and full refund:

On the same day, December 14th 2023 you acknowledged the problem and said you would call the shipping company to return the package. 2 weeks had passed and you provided absolutely no reply.

As you well stated that the delivery time is "6 to 14 business days" (on your website it's mentioned "5 to 14 business days"), meaning the maximum delivery time is 14 days. On your website it was mentioned the order would be sent by DHL, but it was actually sent by normal post office delivery. You also mentioned that the package would arrive "in the next few days", which did not happen.
As of January 2024 I moved residence and I no longer live at the address the package was shipped to, therefore not being able to pick it up, I am not responsible for the package in any shape or form.
You constantly refused to refund the money for the order, so I am left in the situation in which I paid for a product I never received. You never took any responsibility for your errors (not sending the order in time, not asking for confirmation to re-send the order, not cancelling the order when I asked, not refunding the money), instead you expect me to pay for something that I did not receive.
This is the history of events for the order, to serve as evidence towards the MasterCard dispute.
As of January 1st 2024 I switched residence to another city and no longer live at the address the package was sent to.
As I've placed the order on December 2nd 2023 and the shipping time has greatly exceeded even the most pessimistic option that you provided upon placing the order, neither picking up the order nor returning it can be an option in this situation.
For the 100th time I ask you to refund me the paid amount in full so we can get this over with. It's up to you, I've wasted enough time with this ordeal. This has been the worst online buying experience I've ever had.

Great service, everything went exactly as expected.
Ordered replacement temple arms for a set of Ray Bans that were about 7 years old after the carbon fiber decal started to peel. Within 6 months, the logo popped off and the arm separated into two. Customer service says its cause I'm most likely removing the glasses with one hand - even though the originals lasted 7 years without issue. So the '2 year warranty' is pretty meaningless if it cant even make it to 6 months.
The order was accurate and did get to me in a reasonable amount of time. Its probably genuine and its certainly up for debate whether this was shoddy production quality, user error, and who should bear responsibility in replacing it. RL is technically just a middle man after all, but its not like any of this stuff is cheap. You can buy a completely new set of sunglasses for only twice the cost of the replacement arms, and if I had known they'd only last 6 months - I would have just done that.
RL also deleted my review of the product, so you cant trust the reviews on the website because they only allow the 5 stars apparently.
ATTENZIONE!! Ho acquistato delle lenti sul sito che mi sono arrivate sbagliate. Ho effettuato un reso al venditore e una volta che sono arrivate a ReplacementLenses, hanno fatto Photoshop sulla foto per simulare dei graffi così da non rimborsarmi il denaro. Solo minacciandoli di aver commesso un atto illecito mi hanno rimborsato il denaro.

Great company - very responsive about products and were very helpful when there was a delivery issue (not their fault). Highly recommended.
Kann mich der letzten Bewertung nur anschließen. Gläser haben nicht gepasst. Rücksendung natürlich auf eigene Kosten. Als Absender war eine Niederländische Adresse angegeben. Angeblich nicht angekommen, bis heute keine Erstattung.
Warenwert 63€ Rücksendung 11.99€ ( ins Ausland, war bei der Bestellung nicht ersichtlich)

Fast and unproblematic. The only downside is that the colour was not entirely clear when choosing the temples and there was no colour code on the order page. I now have black instead of the original brown temples ...but it doesn't look too bad ;-)

THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They take your money, send you the wrong product, offer to refund on return of the product which I returned registered mail, and then tell you that it has been returned to you because you didn't pay import taxes without checking with me first and without providing proof (ie. tracking information) that they have indeed returned the item. I have still not received a refund and nor has the item been returned from me or any tracking information provided.
This company cristalesrepuesto.com was previously operating under replacementlenses.net who I ordered my lenses from.
A dispute was raised with my bank and they found after investigation that my dispute was upheld and a charge back was provided. I never received the returned lenses the company say they had returned to me. I have had the sunglasses checked by my optometrist who believes that they are genuine and not fake as the company suggests.

The only place I could find replacement parts for my RayBan sunglasses - Although I had to wait a few weeks for the parts to be ordered through, I had sufficient communication to inform me of this. They arrived this morning and I've put them in. Very happy with the result! Worth the wait! Don't be disheartened by this as it's a great place to go to if you can't find replacement parts, even for discontinued specs; I love my chromance RayBans! Thanks!
Ich habe bei Replacement Lenses ein paar Ersatzgläser für meine Sonnenbrille bestellt. Auswahl der Größe und Versand erfolgten einigermaßen schnell nach ca 8 Tagen.
Nun ging aber der Ärger los.
Meine Gläser passten trotz richtiger Größe nicht in die Brillenfassung.
Also den Support via WhatsApp kontaktiert. Dies war ungefähr gar nicht hilfreich. Es handelt sich hier um eine spanische Firma, die dann via Google translator antwortet.
Mir wurden immerhin einige Videos mit Tutorials zugeschickt.
Allerdings hilft das halt alles nicht wenn die Gläser einfach nicht passen.
Also habe ich ein weiteres Mal den Support kontaktiert (dieses Mal per Mail). Und tatsächlich wurde dieses Mal auch auf mein Problem eingegangen. Schnell wurde erkannt ich soll die Gläser wieder zurückschicken, dieses Mal an eine deutsche Adresse.
Dies geschieht natürlich auf eigene Kosten.
Nach einigen Tagen habe ich erstmals nachgefragt, wie es denn jetzt weiter gehen würde.
Angeblich dauert es bis 2 Wochen bis meine Gläser innerhalb Deutschlands per Brief bei Replacement Lenses ankommen. Erst dann könnte man mir sagen was jetzt passiert.
Der aktuelle Stand seit weiteren 3 Wochen ist nun, dass weiterhin keine Erstattung erfolgen kann weil die Gläser noch nicht da sind.
Auf weitere Kontaktversuche meinerseits um zu beweisen, dass ich die Gläser verschickt habe, wird nicht mehr reagiert.
Auf meine Anfragen haben immer unterschiedliche Supportmitarbeiter geantwortet und keiner wusste was der andere macht.
Lange Rede kurzer Sinn: zunächst schien alles gut aber so ganz seriös ist die Abwicklung hier definitiv nicht.
Zum Glück geht es hier um ein Wert kleiner 50€
