Erg tevreden met mijn Crosley C65 . Bestelling was snel binnen en goed verpakt. Product ziet er mooi uit en voelt degelijk aan. Ook fijne en snelle klantenservice die kon assisteren bij het correct instellen van de speler. Zeker een aanrader.

Op zich een goede platenspeler, maar helaas was de plastic hoes bij levering gescheurd. Zouden jullie de platenspeler misschien met wat meer piepschuim kunnen verpakken? Ik heb nu namelijk een grote scheur in de hoes.

Bedankt voor je eerlijke feedback. Wat vervelend om te horen dat de stofkap van je platenspeler beschadigd is aangekomen. Onze excuses voor dit ongemak en bedankt voor je tip over de verpakking; we nemen dit direct intern mee.
We hebben je op 23 maart een e-mail gestuurd om dit direct op te lossen door kosteloos een nieuwe stofkap naar je op te sturen. Het lijkt erop dat dit bericht je wellicht niet heeft bereikt (check eventueel je spambox).
Zou je ons alsnog een foto van de schade kunnen sturen via service@crosleyradio.eu? Zodra we die hebben, sturen we de nieuwe kap direct naar je toe.

Prodotto bellissimo, arrivato in tempi rapidissimi e pienamente soddisfacente.
One of there record players was brought for a Christmas gifts in December 2025 it is now February 2026 & the stylus has broken & trying to get a new replacement from this company is a total joke don't waste your money on buying there products.
In reply to you reply dated 3/3/2026 yes you are right I'm in the UK & IT is your place here in the UK that in an email said they would NOT replace this needed as it was a perishable item to which I'm very angry about if you want a copy of this email please tell me know & may be you could get this sorted on my behalf.

As we have said previously the needle is a wearable item and wouldn’t be covered for a replacement.
I can recommend several reputable retailers where you will be able to get a replacement needle to fit your turntable if you like?

At Crosleyradio.eu, we do provide warranty on needles when the product is still this new. We notice that your location appears to be the United Kingdom, is that correct? We do not ship to the UK, so It may be possible that you have been in contact with Crosley UK rather than Crosley EU.
If you are certain that you have been in contact with Crosleyradio.eu, please let us know. You are of course entitled to a properly functioning product, and we would be happy to look into this for you.
They sell faulty products and refuse to honour their warranties over needles. Their customer service is useless and won't give you any help at all on these issues. Please don't buy from them!

Got a borken product delivered. If you are Lucky you get one email answer per day. Needed to send them proof that the product was broken video and foto?! Never seen such a Return policy or customer service.

It’s unbelievable how they simply don’t respond to our attempts to contact them! I’ve been trying to return an item for two weeks now. Their customer service is absolutely unacceptable! Although the products are interesting, if you ever need anything from their customer service, you’re doomed to be ignored. I just can’t recommend a product from a company that behaves like this.
Absolutely terrible customer service - no response to their online forms - if they’re unable to help with locating spare parts they could at least respond!
