Absolutely dreadful experience from start to finish. This firm has shown zero empathy, professionalism, or basic communication throughout the sale of my property. Every step of the process has been made unnecessarily stressful due to their complete lack of updates or willingness to engage.

Calls and emails are ignored for days or even weeks, and when you do finally get a response, it’s vague and unhelpful. There’s been no sense of care or urgency at any stage just silence and indifference.

Buying or selling a house is stressful enough without being left completely in the dark by the people meant to be helping you. I would strongly advise anyone to look elsewhere for a solicitor who actually values their clients and communicates properly.

Katie Albiston (Cross Solicitors) dealt with our case and we received outstanding service. Katie was always super efficient, kept us updated at all times and showed great empathy when our Mother sadly passed away during the sale of her property. Libby Taylor was my conveyancer and was excellent. She kept in contact by email - my preferred way as I cannot take phone calls at work. Emails were always answered within 24 hours of requesting a response. This is the firm's formal time response and it is always good to know this policy expectation is so that one does not get frustrated. I am very happy with the service I received from Libby, and from her colleagues when she was on annual leave. I would use Cross Solicitors LLP again for sure.
