In spite of numerous emails and posts on Facebook, I received ZERO response. The watch I ordered for NEXT DAY DELIVERY over a month ago has never been sent. DO NOT USE THIS SHADY, SHABBY COMPANY. Completely useless. DON'T waste your money pay a little more and get a decent product WITH after-sales service.

Just terrible- received product, did not look like representation on advertisement , Its a much cheaper looking finish, returned it within the thirty days as per the terms and conditions but have never received a refund nor a reply despite three attempts. They give only a return address, no phone number and the live web chat is about as live as Queen Victoria. Its a five pound watch at best. I have never received a reply and its high time they were reported to trading standards and shut down.

I bought a watch, received no email confirmation of it being sent out, been over a week and no email or watch. Sent multiple messages through email, Facebook and messenger but still no replies. Legitimately took my money and left.. Don't buy here please, there are many other brands that are legitimate and won't scam you and ate well made too. Please heed my advice guys and don't fall for this shithead.

Terrible absolutely terrible. Ordered rose gold watch with blue face over a week ago and still not recieved it. They basically took my money and vanished. Wont reply to my emails or anything. Don't buy from here.

Do not buy from this company. Not worthy of even 1 star. I have ordered the rose gold blue face watch over a week ago and have not received anything. I have emailed and put messages on facebook but to date received no response and no watch. Terrible company don't want the item now as I have sourced something better from somewhere else. This is obviously a scam company please be aware and stay clear.

I bought a £140 watch from this site in December 18’. By the following February it was broken, one of the dials has fell out. I contacted the company, who asked for a photo to give to the warranty dept. After weeks passing by and having no reply, I took the matter to their social media pages which they didn’t appreciate. They finally got back to me saying they would send me out a replacement in the next few days. This obviously never arrived. Stay clear from this company!

After Order/Attempted Return
Not a responsive customer service team. I have been trying to contact them for over a week and have yet to receive a response regarding starting my return. I have a feeling that they are waiting for the 30-day mark to hit before responding, so they can say my return is invalid.

Order:
Ordered the rose gold and blue face chronograph from Crownarch and I will say that while it is an okay watch I am disappointed that the blue watch face is not as vivid as the images show. I have been looking for a gold and deep blue faced watch for a long time now and thought I found it with Crownarch. Unfortunately that was not the case. While the rose gold description for the link strap is accurate, the blue face is not. The face is more of a pale blue and is not as vibrant as what is advertised. Unless the watch I received is faulty or Crownarch is planning on releasing a gold and deep blue watch, I don’t think this is the watch for me.

The watch itself is terrible quality due to extremely cheap materials and shoddy workmanship. It fell apart in just a couple of days. The screws fell out and a bar that holds the clasp together was bent which allows the clasp to uncouple very easily and thus allow the watch the slip off your wrist. I contacted the company, no answer. The watch looks cool, but it was an awful product.

Ordered watch on the 6th recieved watch on the 8th the watch didn't work straight away loses time contacted the seller replied to 1st e mail but have had no contact since to my other e mails and they don't answer the phone mobile number? live chat doesn't work and address is a house not a unit/warehouse as suggested feels like a scam stay away and dont waste your money here
