My previous experience with an agency was terrible, over almost 2 years they literally never once responded to our requests and I never once spoke with the same person!

The experience here is completely different. On one hand, the flat is brand new and everything is done very high quality, which is an absolute rarity in the UK.

On the other hand, the communication around our move-in was just great. Muskan was always available, everything was explained in maximum detail, there was no pressure on timelines.

The owner even replied to me on WhatsApp to all my questions and allowed us to come to the flat before moving in to take measurements for furniture!

When we moved in, there were small issues that were resolved in less than 12 hours!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

So far, I have nothing to complain about, the experience is excellent!

I have been under stress continuously because one of your collegue from Castleford brunch..called Connor.
He been upset about the emails what I send to him...because he havn't sort it out the issues what I rised..and he been disrespectull when I said I will put complain.
He called me and he said ;" you are agressive"
Agressive because I want to complain?
The carpet in my flat ..been dirty and stincky...the havn't done cleaning before to handle to me.
I have a hole in the ceilling in the small bedroom..
I sign the tenacy agretment..but I havn't received any copy back.
He wants to pay rent in cash
And I can't top up my electric metter ...because I don't have any electric keys and I don't know wich provider it is.
I don't know even my lanlord detailes..I ask for it..but no response.
Now today I emailed them regarding the electric metter...and I sure they will let me down ..like usually.
The most bad letting agency..ever.!!!
And I send mr Connor evidence with my anxiety treatment Duloxentine 30 mg..and hr continue to stress me...calling me with no ID nr!!!.
Why???

From the very beginning of engaging with Muskan and Poonam they were very professional and extremely helpful throughout the whole process from finding a tenant, to arranging viewings and executing the lease to final handover to the new tenants, the whole process was seamless... I would not hesitate to recommend Crown House Estates... The service has been excellent.

Very poor experience. The agents do not know even the most basic information about the properties they rent out. There is a clear lack of professionalism and competence. When any issues arise, they do not help at all and instead wash their hands of the situation, leaving tenants to deal with the problems on their own. I strongly advise people to avoid this agency.

anyone looking to rent from these clowns dont even bother they are very arrogant, Unfriendly with bad attitudes we had nothing but a horrible experience for the last 5 years while renting from them. They also refused to carry out any major repairs on the property no matter how many times we asked them, and to top it off they decided to evict us while we nowhere to go, date of experience since we rented from them

I have never some across such rude USELESS - bad service in all my renting.

Nothing is honest from the get go, and nothing get fixed.

These jokers just happy to takes your money and do nothing.

AVOID AVOID AVOID… My advice is go with more stable and establish good British company and not this one.

Also, I think all these '5 star reviews' is either them or their friends have write them.

FAKE REVIEWS - DO your researches - AVOID AVOID.
Above all their office is a fake space - MY COLLEAGUE WENT there to what supposes to be their office in North Finchley and there is no - 0ffce as such.

I think most of them are off shore somewhere in a call centre in India.

Excellent service from Hemim, Chan and Poonam. We don't have to worry about renting out the property as they deal with it all and any servicing issues. Rent payments are always received promptly.

Your staff are rude, they called the police when a vulnerable resident went to your office to complain, hung up on another. You do not maintain your properties until Environmental Officers are brought in and you receive notice to stop leaks and mould.
You do not carry out inspections of your properties and Natasha treats people with contempt.

Never had a problem with Crownhouse Estates.

We have leased through Crown House Estates for nearly 4 years and cannot recommend them enough. Hemim, Chan, Poonam and team provide a first class management service in a friendly and professional manner, keeping us informed at every step of the way. Our tenant recently moved out and the team had the property cleaned, redecorated and re-leased within the original tenant’s notice period - truly exceptional service!
