Bracelet Broken upon Receipt - Poor Customer Service
UPDATE: Crudo Leather ended up escalating my complaint to a senior customer service representative. After further conversation, Crudo Leather agreed to provide a replacement, which was appreciated.
I received the replacement in the mail, and the leather was attached to the magnetic clasp. Unfortunately, the magnet is so tight I can't open the bracelet to wear it. I've watched every online tutorial, and I cannot find any option that works to release the magnet.
Additionally, the engraving is so small and so light that it cannot be read unless you have a microscope. Still disappointed. I still don't have a bracelet I can wear.
DO NOT order from this company. I ordered a custom engraved bracelet August 3. I did not receive the bracelet until August 15. So, their claim that they ship within 1-4 business days is inaccurate. I never received a shipping notification by email. I had to reach out by WhatsApp to customer service to get information about the status of the order.
When I received the bracelet I opened the box only to find that the leather was not connected to the metal clasp. I reached out to Curdo Leather again via WhatsApp and I was asked if pulled the bracelet apart. I reiterated to the customer service representative that the leather and metal were disconnected from the time that I opened the box. I never received any additional response from the representative.
Save your money and buy from a different company.

Regarding the magnetic clasp, it features an internal safety lock mechanism that requires the internal notch and groove to be properly aligned to open. To release it, please twist the clasp while gently pulling it apart at the same time. Terrible experience
Terrible experience! I purchased this bracelet as a birthday gift because the pictures clearly showed the Stitch charm attached, but when it arrived the charm was missing. When I contacted them, they told me the charm was sold separately and that I needed to purchase it separately.
The bracelet is already expensive for just the bracelet pieces without the main charm shown in the pictures. If the charm was not included or was out of stock, this should have been clearly stated on the product page. Instead, the option was simply not available, which feels very misleading.
The way this was handled also felt quite shady, as the product images give a completely different impression from what you actually receive. Customer service replied, but they only offered a discount to buy the charm separately, and it still would not arrive in time for the birthday gift.
Overall, a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

I understand your explanation, but the Stitch charm was not automatically pre-selected in my order and, at the time, it was not showing as an available add-on at all. Because the bracelet was shown with that specific charm in the main product image, I simply understood that the charm shown was included.
If the charm was unavailable, I believe it should have been shown as “Out of Stock” rather than not appearing at all. This would have made the situation much clearer before placing the order.

To accommodate different customer needs (such as adding multiple charms or choosing a charm other than the one shown in the main image), and because different charm styles vary in price, we do not include a fixed charm by default. Instead, we designed our website to allow customers to freely customize their selections based on personal preference. The bracelet itself does not include a fixed charm, which is noted in the "Details" section on the product page.
Additionally, to provide a convenient shopping experience, our system automatically pre-selects the charm shown in the product image as an add-on. However, if the charm is removed from the shopping cart during checkout, the system will not automatically re-add it.
We deeply value your feedback and will continue refining our order flow to ensure these options are as clear and seamless as possible for all customers.

Terrible product and CS experience
My family placed an order for the snoopy UV printed customized engraved wallet, and when it arrived, there was no snoopy engraved on the wallet but just my name on it. It was brought to the CS attention and their explanation was simply to put the blame on my family saying he did not add the option to include the snoopy image when he was sure he did. My family even offered to pay extra to add the snoopy image back but the CS refused. This is such a terrible experience for my family as it was supposedly to be my surprised birthday present!
Updates: the company responded very quickly and agreed to fix this issue right away. The response was much more polite and my family does appreciate that!

Our team has reviewed the invoice and order confirmation, and we confirmed that the option to include the Snoopy image was not selected, meaning no additional fee was charged for it. However, if this was due to any system error, we would be more than happy to arrange a remake for you.
To follow up, we got in touch with your friend yesterday to clarify the situation. After the misunderstanding was cleared up, they arranged to return the wallet to us today. Once we receive it, we will immediately arrange to print and add the Snoopy image as requested.

I had an issue with the delivery service and an unintentional wrong box order (I was supposed to get the Pompompurin collaborative box, but got the standard box instead), which was most likely due to the challenges of international shipping since they are based in Hong Kong and maybe a rare mistake (The box). However, as soon as I reached out to them, they responded immediately and were very helpful. They seem genuine and truly care about making things right, even when the issue may not have been entirely their fault. Maybe because of their past reviews or just trying to be better overall.
The product quality is excellent for the price, and I would definitely order from them again. I’ll also continue communicating with them regarding delivery updates in future orders, because there's always a problem in international deliveries in general, so I recommend that customers also do the same (Communicate with them for your order status consistently, since they reply immediately in my end).
