Do not use cruise 1st had my money not interested in customer service sorting out my inquiry royal Caribbean price promise guarantee lower price speaks to travel agent who don’t want to know you. First time cruise and last time I be going and booking with them.

Over the years I have booked many cruises both in Australia and overseas with Cruise1st but after my telephone call with them today I will never use them again. The woman I spoke to was very rude and condescending and continually spoke over the top of me. She gave me lots of false information and when I told her that the information she had just given me was in complete contrast to an email I had from Cruise1st 4 months previously she said that wasn’t her problem as she hadn’t sent the email.....Really . Never again.

Not booking with Cruise1st Australia ever again. I know that they have definitively been refunded my deposit by the Cruise line. That happened in September 2020 but am yet to receive my refund from Cruise1st Australia as of today 17 December 2020 and still waiting! They just don't want to refund it and keep delaying with their excuses. DISGRACEFUL!! Over the years I have spent a lot of money through Cruise1st, but after this experience I will not place another booking through your organisation. Plenty of companies out there that would be happy to accept my bookings!

I'm appalled at the lack of customer service of this company. Still waiting on refund from cancelled cruise in April. I understood they would be inundated and waited patiently for the initially advised 12 - 15 weeks then was advised by the cruise company they had refunded our fare in July! This borders on theft, in my opinion. I will never use this company again, even though until now I was a frequent customer.

We are not happy with Cruise 1st Australia as we were given inaccurate information and empty promises. We were forced to cancel the booking and losing our $800.00 deposit with the Cruise line. We were promised a drink package for 2 which was later removed from the deal (after the deposit was made) and we were booked on the late dinner sitting without our knowledge or approval. Not impressed.

We have booked with Cruise1st three times now and while we did get good prices, the service is patchy. It is hard to contact them and sometimes they just don't call back.

The main thing to watch it when you book your booking confirmation includes all the inclusions such as OBC and gratuities. Each time we have had to chase this up and have it fixed. They were nice about it, but this is annoying.

Also, their booking site can show offers and prices that you can't actually book as the inclusions drop off as you continue to book.

I'd really like them to improve their service and efficiency. YMMV
