Ethan Davis did an amazing job finding a transport for my car delivering it from Iowa to Virginia. He called/texted at every step of the way to make sure all was well and there was no problems. Very reliable. He did what he said he would do. Transport driver was also very responsible and car made it without incident.

Even though I was a little aggressive because so many companies would give me quotes and then turn around and it would be higher. Crystal car shipping definitely definitely came through 100%. Got my benz back to me and quickly.

Overall the shipping process went well. I shipped a van 322 miles. I was originally quoted $400. It was raised to $690 and we finally agreed on $600 after some back and forth. The “bidding” process really should be improved to be more realistic/accurate as I really wonder if shipping a van 300+ miles can be done for $400 anymore with gas prices being what they are. Tina and her team were very helpful and responsive and I appreciate that. The shipping was done well with no damage to the car.

I picked this company because of the 5 star reviews . I called on Febuary 7,2023 to have my van transported from orlando to indiana the original quote was for $585.00 they could only find a shipper for $625 . Signed a contract for that amount Roger told me Zain transport would pickup my vehicle on 2/8/2023 . Roger called me at 12 pm 2/9/2023 and ask how the pickup went my vehicle was still at the shop in orlando but i was charged the $140 pickup fee. Zain transport had never picked it up . Called roger and was told he would find another shipper to pickup on 2/10 then was told it would be better to wait unit monday 2/13 Emailed roger monday to be told he was wating to check insurance then told the carrier was unable to pickup that day. Finally Tuesday 2/14 was sent confirmation that my vehicle would be picked up that day . Finally at 1 pm 7 days after the original pickup date. Apis Logistics picked up my vehicle and it was delivered on 2/15 at 5:30 pm . When i spoke to Roger it was more about the amount they had to pay after signing a contract then following thru. This Company is only a broker THEY DO NOT SHIP YOUR VEHICLE. only hire another

I contacted Crystal Car Shipping about 2 months ahead of schedule to make sure my stock Tacoma was to be shipped across the country as close to my picked date since its more of a window. Tina had me sign a contract promising a $1500 shipping fee. Turns out Tina grossly under bid me and told me no truckers want that low of a bid. With my new job threatening to move on because I couldn't start on time, I was forced to sign a second contract of about $3000 now to get my truck. DO NOT TRUST!

Tina was very nice and professional to work with. She got us the best price shipping our car from Michigan to Florida. She also worked with me to change the ship date to a day earlier per my request because of a snowstorm that was coming, Would definitely use them again.

Tina kept in touch with me during the entire shipping process. She was always available when I had questions. I'd choose them again if I need to.

Connor really worked hard to get a good price for my cars to be transported from CA to TX.
There were some communications issues, with the transporter but everything worked out. I would use them again, now I know what to expect.
