Phil Stone was great to work with. My schedule was changing by the day and Phil was able to accommodate. The car shipment was delayed slightly en route due to weather/holidays, but Phil was excellent in keeping me updated.

Tina was great to work with. We booked a shipping before the storm that went through the US around Christmas and Tina was good at chasing down the driver and keeping me informed about the status.

Very skeptical when using Car Transport companies because of all the horror stories out there. Glad I went with them. Only issue was the driver didn't call to update me but that was taken care of after I raised the issue. That said, got my car on the scheduled delivery time. A little over my budget but happy with the service.

I worked with Rowan and was pretty pleased. He was generally responsive and hopeful and while there was a slight misunderstanding, I think at the end of the day the action he took went ahead and got me my vehicle sooner, even if at a higher transport price. The driver himself that they used was exceptional and brought a car to me for the last mile!

I had to ship my Subaru to my niece from LA to NorCal and Paula was extremely helpful with how responsive she was to my calls and text messages. Her quote was very reasonable and even though it's pretty tricky to schedule pick-up and drop-off with all the different towing contractors she works with, I appreciate how on top she is with communicating and rescheduling last minute changes.

I worked with Connor Santana. He was helpful but more importantly honest from the start. He explained the process and gave me a heads up about what to expect. Once the car was picked up driver answered anytime I called and was very friendly. I would definitely use them again and/or recommend.
