I was really stoked by the customer service that this company provides! Derek helped me even when he was off and I got my car earlier than expected. Super happy

Christopher was great and keep me informed on the cancellation of the initial driver and delays.
What I was not pleased with was the 50% price increase for the second transporter!! In the future I will have more time to pick up any vehicle in the South East by myself, for way less money.
Other than that, Christopher did a good job and the trucking company as well.

I checked online for a quote to cross the country with my car. I got so many calls and emails that I was overwhelmed after a few days. I went with Crystal Car which wasn't the cheapest but the broker I worked with, Amelia seemed trustworthy. She stayed in communication which is what I wanted. She told me how much the end price might change from the quote and was right about that. It made things a lot easier for me to deal with Amelia since my move was stressful enough, I didn't want to worry about the car. This company appears to be the only one I have found that prides itself in doing a good job. Others do nothing but try and get me to sign a contract and pay upfront fees. Wayne In particular went above and beyond helping me through difficult issues. I will never use another transport company to move my autos.
