Always come on time and do an excellent job. Cannot fault them and they go the extra mile. I’ve been having Crystal Clear for quite awhile now I wouldn’t change to anybody else.
Guttering still overflowing after being cleaned out. Called 3 times to ask them to recheck it in case they missed a bit and was met by a confrontational attitude refusal to accept this could have happened. The customer service was awful and even though they did eventually agree to come back out after 3 phone calls by this point I was to afraid to have the owner back at my property. Ended up paying another company again to do the work.
Not a great company to work for. He used my friend to clean from 12th Oct to 31st Oct and an argument she resigned so he never paid her. Now he ignores her calls. Please don't try and work for this guy.
