Custom Order Perfection!
I had a custom order for some whiskey glasses that could not have been more perfect. The fast, friendly, and accurate customer service provided from Laura was top notch! The glasses were etched and shipped quickly and arrived in perfect shape - they are gorgeous. Order was placed and I immediately received a proof for glass etching which required an adjustment which was made promptly and accurately. Shipment was right after that and products received well wrapped and safely. Best vendor I have ever used!! Highly recommend!!!

A wonderful product; amazing service!
Amazing service! First time I visited this company. I liked their product line and decided to place an order for a gift for my wife. Only four days elapsed between placing my order and having my glasses in hand. AMAZING. The product looked great and the glassware was extremely well packed, too. I have to say that I have never been as satisfied with an online order as I am with my experience with Crystal Imagery. I'll be ordering again, I have plenty of new ideas for gifts! Great quality glassware, very nice engraving quality and packaged super safely. Quick process, good and direct communication, very easy to understand mock-up for approval. Whole thing done in about 1 week.
