Great dice a little sharp but great dice, took a little long to get to me as I ordered a couple new sets, but great communication with customer service!

I love the quality of the dice I ordered and the boxes are well made with some amazing latches. The dice are solid and roll great, and look amazing when the liquid cores are swirling.

Les dés de résine ne sont pas bien limer, de petit défaut sur les surfaces et les coins sont tellement pointus qu'on ne peux les utiliser quotidiennement. Aussi je n'ai pas reçue bon dé "Chunk" mais plutôt un dé de grosseur régulier. Donc j'ai payé pour un produit que je n'ai pas reçu.

This is a scam. The U.S. postal service does not let a package site in one location for over a week. I have been tracking my supposed package since it shipped and it has been in Indianapolis for over a week. Do not ever order from this company.

Items come from China. Through Yanwen shipping, who does not deliver in the US. They will not let you know who is actually delivering your item once it gets to the US. Customer service on the shipper is absolute garbage. Customer Service from the store is semi helpful, however I was made to feel like the entire thing is a scam. I will never buy from this store again. I ordered my items over 17 days ago and they still have not shown up.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the customer service I've received. I placed an order three months ago and reached out two months ago when I hadn't received any notifications or emails about my order's status. In response to my inquiry, I was told that the items are very popular and there has been an overwhelming demand, so my order would ship in 4-6 weeks. Three weeks later, I followed up again, and my order was still unfulfilled. The reply mentioned a minor issue causing further delays, yet they continue to accept new orders with a three-week delivery promise. It's frustrating that they can make such claims while having outstanding orders. Furthermore, the response emails lack a personal touch, as there's no name included to indicate who I'm communicating with. I am still waiting for my products, and now my order has been removed from their website without any refund issued. I am very unhappy with Crystal Maggie.

The dice were extremely well made and exactly as they appeared on the website. There was a bit of a delay in shipping due to the popularity of the product. CrystalMaggie threw in a beautiful free liquid-filled glitter D20 to apologise for the delay. Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Really poor customer service. Ordered over three months ago. Contacted 2 months ago when I hadn’t seen any notification and received an email to say. These are really popular and we have had an overwhelming response and will be shipped in 4-6 weeks. It’s 8 weeks later and nothing. Meanwhile same products are still on sale on the website. No name on the email to personalise who you’re talking too. Still waiting on products to arrive

Have ordered before and dice were lovely, if it wasn’t for that this would be a one star review.

Order got delayed but they asked me if I wanted to change or stick with it. Decided to stick with it and got an extra d20 as a thanks. The dice set was 10/10, exactly as advertised.

Prices were good and the product was exactly as described. I have rolled some good and some bad numbers on these dice. That means they are balanced.

I always love your work the dice are so well crafted and designs are out of this world. This is my go to website for dice all the time.

As an avid Gamer (both Tabletop and Digital) I recommend Crystal Maggie. The products I got are well made (even the minor defect box I ordered). Everything was well packaged and was delivered in a very reasonable time (shipping time will obviously depend on region though). Customers support was even very helpful when I had an issue of my own making (Be sure to fully explore the site before ordering, you may miss something). Definitely will be throwing more money for MORE GOODIES.

The product were just as pictured!:) The shipping was delayed because they got a lot of orders due to the set's popularity, and they let me know only after I sent an email regarding an enquiry, but they were agreeable and offered me a gift to make up for it. Thank you 👍

The quality of the dice was ok. Nice casting in resin. But for the price I would expect them to be of a slightly higher quality and the delivery time was way too long. For such a small package shipping should be a lot quicker. Finding a better distribution company would improve customer experience.
