I have ordered presents for friends and family on numerous occasions because they always arrive quickly and in beautiful gift wrapping. The owners sometimes include little personal notes too which is a lovely touch. They're a great Irish company to order "wow factor" gifts from and always a go-to for me around Christmas because they specialise in statement pieces and tasteful bling. Love them!

Lost one of my earrings in the floorboard at home and couldn't get it out. My mam had purchased them for me and so she emailed the company and they sent me out a replacement pair. Excellent customer service, will definitely use them again !

Met the girls in Lisa’s pop up shop, I have made quite a few purchases from them and love there stuff, had an issue with the back of one of the earrings and I explained it too them they couldn’t have been more helpful gave me new backs and told me to let them know if they were ok and would change the earrings if needed. Will definitely be purchasing from them again.

Postman handed us a card (England) stating that I need to pay £52 import duty. Have contacted Crystal & Co to ask why it’s so high as the calculator states £40. I have asked for an explanation. Nothing. The post man said he’d never seen an amount that high. Really bad customer service. Also, they can do something to knock VAT off at their end which I don’t think they have done. I would avoid buying from them unless you’re aware of how much import tax you’ll be paying

Also I got a lovely surprise when my beautiful raw cut rose quartz arrived today I also received another crystal inside a little red bag to say thank you .And some sweeties . I was thrilled to order two pairs of Crystal and co earrings. I contacted them when the earrings didnt come after a few days, to be told that it was now an An Post problem , but in order to help , the girl I communicated with through their social media , told me she will try her best to locate the earrings , but every time insisted the problem wasn't them but An Post . I told this girl My Contract was with Crystals and co and not an post, however I continued to wait. Some of my messages were just ignored. in the end the earrings came in 11 days all the way from Dublin to Cork...I will never buy anything from crystals and co again. The way it was handled was less than satisfactory. I dont ever write a bad review but on this occasion it was warranted

I had a shipping cost query which was answered within minutes of me asking a question. Super helpful and fab customer service. So excited to get my gorgeous earrings now!

I had an amazing experience with crystals and Co I had purchased some gifts for my daughter and needed them to arrive next day and they made sure to make it there priority to get them out to me they were so lovely and helpful couldn’t recommend the girls more !
