Fast and professional service. I buy my coins from the can mint because I get fantastic service.

I have purchased several coins from CSN! I am happy to an extent but it seems to take too long to receive the coins. In some cases CSN has had my money for over 2 months and I have not received the coins!! I purchase coins from a few places and CSN is the slowest turn around

The main problem w your service is the fact that your guys on TV say these coins (the ones i ordered) are “in stock and ready to ship.” It has been over a month since my order and my card was charged for these coins immediately. But i keep getting replies that my order isn’t ready due to grading delays or increased customer interest. If they were in stock and ready for shipping then i wouldn’t be getting these excuses. You could do much better on shipping timeframes. And maybe not advertise that these coins are ready to go when they are clearly not. Disappointing and untruthful.

The semiquincentennial quarters are very cool and I enjoy them very much. I’ve only got the first set so I’m expecting the second third and fourth set, but I don’t know when.

We really like the ease of shopping with you folks and we like the knowledge of all the hosts about coin collecting. However I've purchased several coins on this America 250 program and have yet to receive any product?
Roseanne Stallone has been the most help to me making sure we get what we're looking for and getting things straightened out if there's a problem of which there appears to be right now since we have not received ANYTHING we've ordered from you??? Other than this, which is a biggie, I'm not sold on the idea of your "overstrikes" with some of these extremely limited 250 coins and I think it devalues these America 250 coins! Could you please check my orders before we have to ask Roseann to jerk a knot in your tails..... lol. No, really though where is my coins?

Horrible. Still waiting on my initial purchase that was placed on July 6th. I give them credit for the courtesy call after I sent a message, it still no product. Find a broker who advertises what they actually have to sell and use them!

Good value n excellent product but very slow in delivery times.
