I just received my watch and it's beautiful! From first contact with Ben to delivery the process was so smooth. The workmanship is perfect. My custom coloration is so vivid,bright! The only problem is that I can't show it off until July. This will My 41st wedding gift from my wife. Thank you Ben

I have been looking for a unique watch for quite some time (pardon the pun!) that was good value. The price was important as I wanted a nice watch for daily use. The quality of the watch is perfect, and the look/design is super. Very pleased with the overall experience.

I contacted Ben regarding doing some repair work to my customised Seiko. Even though Ben didn’t build my particular watch himself, he agreed to do the repairs. He kept me informed throughout and was prompt at replying to my emails. I received the watch today and it’s better than when I first had it! Great work and a great service! The next customised Seiko I buy will be from Ben, for sure.

Nice watch but . . . I asked for a 12 hour bezel and got a standard diver bezel instead. Not a deal breaker for sure. I would purchase a matching rose gold bracelet if there was one.

Ordered the watch (5KX) as a gift for my dad (as he always loved a the Rolex Yachmaster Gold style and this Seiko mod always sparked my eye. When I got it and opened the box It blew my mind how fantastic it looked!

Ordered the watch as a custom order (kept the original dials) - Mr. Ben Frere for CS Watches was super helpful and patient with all the questions I had. The price is great. Got it delivered on the exact time specified.

Even when I had the send some extra documents to DHL for import(EU Slovenia) he helped me right away and we solved it super fast.
