Avoid at all costs. Our bath has been badly damaged and needed repairing not just once but several times. Plastercine might genuinely be stronger. Would not offer a refund or replacement.

Do not use these amateurs. The sell you bathrooms without actually making clear what you paid for. They came and measured the bathroom yet sent everything in the wrong size. They made so many mistakes with the order that they had to come out seven times to correct mistakes with the order, each time my fitter was unable to continue working so he lost money and the bathroom fit got delayed. I received no delivery slips saying what was provided and taken back, and had to make my own list for the collectors to sign. I've been asking for an itemised price list of what I paid for, had to exchange or return for six weeks. Despite being told that they would refund anything that wasn't used, I've been waiting for over a month to get refunded, and every time I call they promise to make the payment that day or in a few days and it never happens. I wish I'd gone with B&Q or someone professional. The items were returned on 34 days ago, and as the law states refunds must be processed within 14 days, I am escalating the matter to Trading Standards.

Replaced a polymarble sink 3 times it had bubbled in the same area. 3rd time was told it was customers fault and they wouldn't sort anything further.
So I am left with fitting a new one at my expense with no compensation for fitting the failed obviously faulty sinks.
Terrible after service won't let them ruin my business good name so won't recommend, will tell everyone about how poor they are and will not use anymore, you have lost a good trade customer!

We visited the Nottingham showroom several times before deciding on a luxury shower enclosure. Once we had purchased the shower enclosure we needed advice on how to install it, nothing was too much trouble, the after sales was outstanding which you rarely get these days. Matt was brilliant from start to finish, very patient and knowledgeable. I can highly recommend Clifton Trade Bathrooms both service and after sales

If you need anything bathroom related don’t walk RUN to Clifton trade bathrooms. Having purchased a full bathroom refit with the amazing knowledgeable Connor guiding us all the way until we were happy with our choices. His patience and knowledge made it a pleasure rather than a chore, Kelly also was fab and she makes a good brew too. We’ve been to so many other places but non come up to the standard of Connors patience without us feeling rushed in any way. Can’t rate him and Clifton trade bathrooms highly enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nothing is ever too much trouble, even when I couldnt make a decision, he was always super flexible and gave me time. He even recommended me a very reliable bathroom fitter. Was recommended Clifton Bathrooms by a friend. The quality of products they stock are superb, with a variety to suit every pocket. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. We needed their guidance given we had 2 bathrooms to kit out, and found that invaluable, which came with no pressure.

They came round to our home to measure up to make sure what we wanted would fit, and also to make sure we had enough wall panels as we intended to cover the walls and ceilings with it. They also liaised with our contractor to ensure the adhesive etc was not forgotten.

When it came to receiving the quote, we were both delighted and pleasantly surprised. We were expecting it to be much more given it covered 2 bathrooms with panelling throughout, and quality fixtures, fittings, storage, etc. We'd forgotten to make sure we'd added a radiator and vanity mirror for downstairs, and these were added at no cost as we'd paid the invoice straight away to save over £1100 in their sale.

I really can't recommend Paolo, Milllie and the team enough. Professional team who really do know their products, with excellent customer service, offering great value for money and delivered with a smile 😃.

we were initially a bit confused by the abundance of choices but a salesman called Matthew Rumsey guided us through all the products with extreme knowledge and made our task extremely quick and easy . The service was superb and the products are fantastic . The place is a joy to visit , everything is on display and the prices are very good too . Also the free measuring service is very handy and save the customer a lot of hassle .

Andy at Clifton Bathrooms was extremely helpful in helping me choose a new complete bathroom even came out to measure up beforehand. Quality of the suite was second to non We needed a low accessible bath and they came up trumps with the perfect free standing bath.
In addition to this I found a superb Plumber Lewis whom I couldn’t fault him at all Very helpful and gave good advice. The bathroom is now completely finished and we are over the moon with it. A complete transformation and would definitely go back when we have our downstairs washroom refurbished. Lewis was a very tidy worker and put protected covers over the landing and stairs. Would definitely recommend Lewis to anyone who wants a professional job done. Thank you to all the guys who made this dream bathroom possible.

Very helpful and friendly staff Andy was amazing, there was no pressure on buying,but gave me some more options to consider, good quality of products and choice. I did change my mind about the colours a week before final order placed. I didn't have a bathroom fitted so asked if they could recommend anyone,they had a few I picked a amazing bathroom fitter called Greg fantastic job never stopped would highly recommend him. Both Andy and Greg came to measure bathroom at a time suited me,I was amazed about both quotes as I'd had someone few days before I did ask alot of questions and I asked Andy the same question the price difference between them for same job, well of course I went with Clifton, would highly recommend even if your doing a upgrade or full bathroom. Thank you to the team.

We happened upon Clifton Bathroom showroom in Preston quite by chance, because everywhere else was closed on Bank Holiday Monday. From the outside it looked less than appealing but when we entered, we were greeted enthusiastically by Jordan. A bathroom sales person like no other. Honest, passionate and accommodating. No enquiry or request was too small. Jordan provided a comprehensive service without pressure. Happy to engage and provide practical and artistic advice. We will be buying from Clifton's as a result of Jordan's inspiration and dedication to her job.
