Ordered parts online for pickup at store. Website instruction is to wait for email or call before travelling to store. Waited 3 days and no response, rang the store and they said items are ready but nobody had bothered to let me know.
At the store items ordered were not what I was expecting so asked to cancel and refund. They said could not do it in store would have to contact head office.
Numerous phone calls and emails eventually got an answer they would refund me but never did.
Totally unprofessional company avoid at all costs.

CDT had just the tiles I wanted. Simon and John were very helpful and friendly throughout and sorted out a few problems ( of my making not theirs) effectively and with a smile. Customer service was excellent.

Rang to inform us tiles were ready to collect, telephonist was polite. Store staff were helpful.

I wanted one tile of a specific size but nothing was aailable. However, Kevin found a "sample" which was almost double the size. He gave it to me saying I could have it if I knew someone who could cut it for me!! What a very kind gesture, and much appreciated.

I visited the Dorking store and the Team member was very helpful even though my selection was not in stock.
They looked at stock at nearby stores and then gave me the necessary information to be able to order it on-line for home delivery. You felt that customer care was important to the company and its people.

Bought floor and wall tiles from Preston branch and both Chris and Adam have both been excellent. Made a few changes to order quantities, re-ordered same items and Chris and Adam were extremely helpful. Quality of tiles are great. Another order due to be placed in next few months. Would recommend.

We're refitting our en-suite and so I visited the Tovil (Maidstone) store for ideas and samples. Both members of staff were helpful and friendly without being pushy and sorted the samples quickly for me.

Having got the tiles home, we decided to go for one of those selected but in a different colour. Due to there being a 20% sale on and not being able to get back to the store before the offer was finished, we ordered online and the tiles were delivered when promised.

The ensuite was tiled last week and they look stunning, couldn't be more pleased.

Your order confirmation states “once your order is ready for collection you will receive another email/phone call advise.” I am still awaiting this and you instead send a how did we do email. So it is currently not good.

Really pleased we visited the Farnham store. Kevin was extremely helpful. He asked us what we were looking for and listened to us. He then guided us without being a salesperson. Constructive, useful advice and guidance. Brilliant.

Tiles arrived when they said. Customer Service were also very helpful. Tiles arrived very carefully packed and perfect condition.

It's been pleasure dealing with Micky. She has been incredibly approachable and helpful. Every time I've had any questions, Micky has responded quickly and professionally. Thank you for all your help

Totally let me down ...and was lied to ..never use again

Good adhesive and fast delivery

Don't purchase anything via their website- their internet sales are completely useless. Placed an order to click and collect, which branch confirmed is in stock. They stated they'd had nothing through from the internet sales team. Cue me trying to get hold of them which is an absolute nightmare (apparently their phone system just terminates calls if they're too busy) and they don't reply to emails. Having to go through paypal to get my money back

Update 22/07- in fairness the web team have been in contact and been really good in resolving today. Thanks

Was really useful to be able to choose a delivery date, although it would have been even better if we could have had a delivery slot communicated on the day. Tiles were very well wrapped and were delivered right to our door by the driver. Great service

I had ordered IN-STOCK cement boards and paid on the 6th of July. Website said in-stock items will be ready for collection within 5 days, I received order confirmation email, which said wait for confirmation to collect & collection date before visiting the store... Ive been waiting for what feels like an eternity, the promised 5 days has turned into excess of 12 already... i've emailed to ask for status,they have not responded, contacted through their website contact form, did they bother to answer..no ..such a poor customer service, not a trade centre..more like terrible centre...never ever order here if you are waiting to finish your project in time...my Entire project is delayed due to this company and their complacency ...better go to big companies like BQ, Wickes, Screwfix...not to this terrible centre... useless customer service

Guys in store were great, order delayed by a day but they accommodated other means of collection. Buying process simple, but no way of tracking the order or any notification of it being delayed. Had to call store to find out of it was ready for collection on date selected when buying.

Having been searching for tiles for weeks, I came into the Harlow store not really sure about what i wanted. I was welcomed by Jordan and Denise and made to feel so comfortable, not being rushed or pressured to decide. I truly couldnt have dealt with 2 nicer women!
Jordan and Denise were both really friendly, professional, and knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my visions of how I wanted my bathroom to look. Both lovely women, they were patient, helpful and funny,
and made really useful suggestions and comments. They had to put up with me for 4 days, yet each time I visited they went out of their way to help me while listening to me constantly changing my mind. Great store, fabulous staff, really helpful and they genuinely cared about helping me reach a decision that I was happy with. Outstanding customer service, i left each time laughing with a smile on my face. Thank you Denise and Jordan for a great job, ive found the perfect tiles and am very happy with them.
