After requesting a cancellation of membership and refund for unauthorized purchase the team assigned to my case was quick to respond. A refund has been offered and accepted.

I had made a purchase for $19.11. I quickly noticed 3 additional charges. I emailed the company and got a response right away. I am grateful for the response from Raj. I was informed the charges would be reversed in 7-10 days, after leaving a review so they could close the case.
I will be more than happy to leave another review once my account is credited.

Jamal solved my problem. Thank you escalation team. My compensation was sorta out quickly.

I was charged for something I didn’t agree to and after emailing the company I got an immediate response with the promise of a refund. I appreciated the timely reply and outcome. I am also giving 4 stars for the speedy response and will change it to 5 stars if and when I receive my refund. I will change it to 0 if I don’t receive the refund.
