Cube have been brilliant and provided excellent customer service from our call to arrange a visit and sorting out and replacing our very old aerial .James and Dwaine were excellent ,extremely professional ,knowledgable ,helpful ,great customer service .

James did a fantastic job fitting a new aerial and removing the old one. A really clean and tidy job. Drilled a new access for the cable then spent the time setting up both my smart tv and the tv box. Really appreciated his help and advice 👍

My 91 year mother found their ad in a local magazine, it advertised 10% discount for pensioners. She’s very hard of hearing and had turned her TV soundbar up so high, it was vibrating and causing the sound to distort.
The engineer was in the house less than 7 minutes, and simply turned down the bass volume. For that service, she was charged £70.
When I called to ask what the charge for this service was and why she hadn’t received a discount, I was told that it’s a standard fee of £59.95 and that she had to ask for the discount because it’s not advertised on all marketing. When I pointed out that my mother is unaware of the marketing strategy, he simply repeated that a customer has to ask.
So, I asked if they could refund the difference. The engineer, indeed did return and refund £7 but I think it’s poor that they didn’t offer the discount and that pensioners are charged £70 to turn down the volume button. I’d have given the review 1 star but I’m adding an extra one for the fast refund.

We recently moved house and used Cube Communications twice. Excellent service, prompt, professional and efficient.

The Team arrived at the scheduled time.
Even before going on the roof they had spotted a problem.
We agreed a price for parts and Labour.
Shortly we had a perfect picture but the TV and recorder needed resetting.
This was all done within the original price.

Cube Communications have serviced my satellite system for the last few years. Their installers do a professional job always- checking that the dish/LNB is correctly aligned. During the windy weather my tv aerial was blown flat and was hanging off the roof, I am a very anxious person and was worried about so many things... Ben at Cube Communications was so understanding he said not to worry about it falling,the cable is strong and the aerial could probably be reattached. Ben sent someone out that afternoon and hey presto it was mended .In my opinion this is a good honest company. I was also I was given 10% discount for being a pensioner the price was £81.

I used Cube after a recommendation from a friend, they got me a really good sky deal , Ben who sorted it all out for me was outstanding in his approach , he explained every detail as we went along , I’m of a certain age where technology is not high up on my list of knowledge . Sky was installed on the day arranged , even a month later when I had a problem with payment for my sky which I was getting upset about I contacted Ben at Cube who put me on the right track all sorted , so yes I would definitely recommend Cube
