Impeccable customer service from Stacey
Initially there were a couple of days post the order with no update however, when I contacted Cube via the chat system on their website I had Stacey jump on my order and provide me an update.
After this exchange, there were regular check-ins with me where Stacey advised what was happening with the replacement drive and ETA for delivery. The ETA was exactly correct, and I received the drive in a great condition and perfectly packaged.
Stacey continued to ensure the drive was working well for me via regular check-ins whilst the array was rebuilding. Brilliant example of customer services and a prime example of why it is better to shop with none AMAZON businesses in my opinion also came in at a better price point :)
