He explained that we would be called with a quote for the job which we could then arrange a time and day to get the issue resolved.

I never do reviews but thought it should be done to give people the heads up. A friend of mine also encountered a similar experience with the same company. We contacted the engineer for a inspection quote. He notified us that before he could carry out any work within our premises we needed to fill out and sign a safety form for protection purposes. I’m a lawyer so I read through the form quite thoroughly and began to realise that it wasn’t a safety protection form instead it was a form stating that once I signed I’d basically agreed to pay for any work the engineer carried out even if it went over the agreed amount, and if I did not pay regardless of any job or cost I didn’t agree to he could legally collect the funds through bail lifts! It also started that if the items fixed break or stop working he is not liable. It’s Very misleading and deceiving to get people to sign this form without properly notifying them of what they are really signing for. Very crafty! My friend also told me he encountered the same problem with this company and individual. A big African chap by the name of Martel who I’m sure owns the company so any complaints made go directly to him which is probably why they never get resolved from reading all the negative reviews he’s gets! My friend refused to sign the form and turned down he’s service’s. Just a heads up for anyone looking to use this company. Make sure you read any forms he is trying to get you to sign very thoroughly! Stay safe

We have been using Martell at CubeSer since April 2019 for our gas safety checks, boiler service, and unvented cylinder service. He is always friendly, professional and polite, does the job efficiently and delivers the necessary Gas Certificate paperwork promptly.

Untrustworthy company
Untrustworthy company! I’m sure most of these reviews are fake. Worker was very rude and intimating! Made me feel scared to approach him! You should be ashamed of yourself. My heating and hot water still are not working. He refused to come back out to fix the terrible job he did and refused to refund me! Very disappointed will not be using again! STAY AWAY
Your reply is utter Nonsense! How dare you accuse me of being deceitful when you ripe of your customers!! Every customer who has a bad experience with you you make out it’s there fault instead of taking responsibility for it and apologising! This is one of the reason I will never use your services again!! When I complained to you you became very intimidating! DON’T NOT USE THERE ARE BETTER HONEST SAFER OPTIONS OUT THERE!

An all round great service
Had issues with the boiler shortly after New Years and the service was thorough and managed to point out many previous flaws from previous maintenance men! When I encountered further problems, I had a swift reply and informative talk about the problem and the next steps. Highly commendable and recommend for the diligence in their repairs!

Provided excellent service. The engineer was very helpful, and went above and beyond to fix the issue. Explained everything well, provided help and later on made a checkup call to see if the issue is fixed. Amazing company and would definitely recommend.

The engineer came to fix a boiler on 2rd Jan. I paid £340 for the service! In a week time the boiler stoped working again and I’m just getting a weird explanation for that . I have not received any invoice/ report for the job. Im going to call another engineer and claim my money back for the previous job

On the 2nd of January 2022 we attended before 19:14 in the late evening on the same day loss of heating was reported.
As we were still in the new year holidays and it being the evening, understandable our late hourly rates apply as requested and in full arrangement with yourself, the cost would be less in non holiday and daytime hours for future reference this is normal procedures across the industry with any emergency repair company.
With your comment: “I’m just getting a weird explanation for that“.. we find you may still be confused about our advice after getting your boiler working
We managed to get the boiler working on the same day evening and advised that parts are required to repair the issue, we appreciate hearing from your review comment the boiler was working for a week and in that time we could have fitted the required parts as advised, but unfortunately you did not go ahead with our repair advice and now your boiler has failed due to this fact.
We tend to not leave paperwork unless requested or suggested as we have a paperless system in place, where we email all correspondence to our customers.
We are an honest company and our rates reflect our standard of work and we aim to a high standard of service only, to you as a customer and other customers/clients that use CUBESER.

We have reviewed your case of complaint and have found that you clearly agreed with no upset or confusion to the fixed price quote beforehand and you happily paid your 60% deposit to us for us to start works by collecting the parts and materials that was needed to stop the cause of you losing heat to your radiators that was caused by previous third-party workmen not working to a high standard.
We also managed to fit your appointment in on the same day and have a heating professional attend and carry out the works that have now left you with your radiators working correctly on the 1st fix repair, we also made our recommendations for the future to help prevent further issues arising on your boiler and heating system.

Excellent service, I would definitely recommend. The Engineer came out late on Sunday afternoon during the New Year holiday. He carried out the most comprehensive boiler service I have witnessed and fixed the problem.

Leaking Boiler Repair
The engineer who came to fix my leaking boiler was very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. He organised the part within days and successfully fixed the boiler. Would definitely recommend Cubeser.
