Great products. I ordered premium versions of a few cubes, for the first time. I'm very satisfied with how they were setup and lubed. Best of all was the short delivery time, less than 24 hours to me here in Norway.

Bedrövligt när det gäller servicen. Den ena skriver en sak, nästa person påstår att företaget erbjudit sig att byta ut ordern. Så tolkar inte jag svaret i mailet som jag fick. Däremot står det på deras hemsida att man ska skicka ett mail om det är något man vill ändra i ordern. Jag mailade dom efter 1-2 timmar efter lagd order, som det tog fyra dagar innan dom skickade.
Nedan finns mailet jag fick som svar när jag skrev att sonen gjorde ett fel när han la en order på en kub, med mitt konto:
Otroligt dåligt att dessutom hota med att ta bort min recension!!!
Klart att man kan ha ett högt betyg när man tar bort alla recensioner som är det minsta lilla negativ

Tyvärr så såg vi detta mail för sent för att hinna göra relevanta ändringar i er order. Det som skickades iväg är alltså tyvärr det som ni beställde i ursprungsordern, inklusive smord standard-variant samt 2x kubhäfte. Möjlighet till att byta finns förstås fortfarande, även om det inte är lika lätt att göra det nu när det krävs extra fraktkostnader. Lite beroende på hur ni känner kring läget så kan det finnas andra möjligheter till att lösa problemet också, vi är öppna för förslag. Med tanke på PostNords ursprungliga miss (som vi ändå fortsatt är redo att ansvara för!) så är er förhandlingsposition god. :)

Ordered my Gan 12M Maglev with Premium Lube service in Monday. Got the cube 4 days later !!! Insanely fast shipping. Lube service is accurate and I recommend it very much. Support was really fast and helpful for all my questions ! I will order every cube from them now.

They are packaging the cubes in a big envelope, not in a box, so you can imagine how the cubes arrived. I regretted that i bought from them.

Cheap prices, very reasonable shipping costs, order arrived a day earlier than expected, got exactly what I ordered.
Needless to say I‘m a happy customer

I had bought a gan 13 maglev F x and after 2 weeks it was broken so it's 66 euros out of the window and I have a tournament on Sunday where I had to use it😡😡

The postage took a while, but the customer service was very helpful and responsive. The quality of the item was also great!

I Wanted to buy some cubes but all of the cube stores had or expensive shipping, they were untrustuble or the cubes were too expensive and then I found cuboss they are Amazing they came in 4 buissines days the cubes were regularly priced and they even offered items from other cube stores 10/10

This store is the best speedcube store in EU it has very fast delivery time! I orderd and 3 days later it was at my doors! It also has best lubes, lube service which is great option if you don't have enough money just for 3€ you can get very good lube service and for 3€ more (for 6€) you can get deluxe package which they will make your cube the beast! This is excellent store and I give it 5 stars!

It said it takes about 1-2 days, but it took more than 2 days.

ps. the order tracking number didn't work either.

Best speedcube shop in Europe, no matter which EU country you order from.
Great service, great quality of products, good prices and quick deliveries. Just a brilliant shop!
