Terrible product
Terrible product - broke after 3 uses. No replacement parts or replacement product offered. Told the warranty has expired - 10 months old but only used 3 times. Dealing with their customer service is like banging your head against a brick wall. They just send the same email offering you a discount on a replacement. Buyer beware

I would NOT recommend the Smart Slicer…
I would NOT recommend the Smart Slicer nor Culinary Family as a company. Whilst the Smart Slicer seems like a good idea, the one we ordered broke after 3 uses. We contacted Culinary Family about their product breaking and they advised that the warranty had exceeded and therefore they were unable to replace the product nor provide any assistance. Their warranty is 30 days which is completely unreasonable given the high price. Since then, Culinary Family have ignored our emails and we have been put into a situation where we either just accept and lose $159 for a product that was used twice successfully (over a 4 month period) or to contact the Australian Department of Fair Trading. We ended up contacting the Department of Fair Trading, however Culinary Family have also ignored them and because Culinary Family are not an Australian company there is little that can be done. In my opinion, Culinary Family have acted dishonestly and dishonourably by providing a low quality product for a high price and then very little customer service despite reporting on their website that they provide 24/7 customer support. From the other reviews, it is clear we are not the only family who have been treated in this exact manner. It is a terrible way to conduct business. We are truly disappointed as we bought the Smart Slicer in good faith.

I was so disappointed I wished I hadn’t bought it very flimsy, and the service in delivering was terrible 3 weeks it took a week to travel 40 kms. If I had known it was from china I could have bought cheaper from Temu and received it quicker,

Poor customer service
Within one hour of ordering I realised this was NOT a genuine Thermomix product and requested my order be cancelled. I was told the order couldn’t be cancelled. (I use a product distribution warehouse myself so know this is false). Culinary Family then stated “You must therefore wait to receive it and send it back to us if you do not wish to keep it.” I thought this was good service until I asked how I return the product. They then said they won’t allow a return because the product had $50 off, and offered me 30% off. They come across polite in their emails but all they do is cite small print conditions. They could have immediately cancelled my order and I would have rated them highly and been inclined to buy something else from them. Bad experience.
