We'd like to inform you that the slicer does offer options for both slicing and grating. This can be achieved by simply flipping the reversible disc provided. Additionally, for finer slicing, you can increase the speed of your Thermomix to speed 4. This adjustment should enhance the functionality and give you the desired results.
